This locally owned business goes above and beyond my expectations on a regular basis. Mailing machine brands are like Coke and Pepsi… they’re all pretty much the same. Neopost’s competitiveness and customer service is what takes the cake.
The owners (married couple) freely share their personal numbers and answer their cell phones 24⁄7 (including holidays, LSU games, and hurricanes). That deserves 5 stars by itself. In a shocking and somewhat suicidal behavior, they will also stand up to corporate headquarters on their customer’s behalf if they deem it to be appropriate. That’s a little more than food-​for-​thought for the next time your lease comes up.
