I would like to «Thank» the young lady that assisted me on Thursday morning 06-​02-​2016 when I arrived at your store. She was courteous and professional and solved the issues with my I-​Phone first hand. I arrived around 09:10 and she examined and completed the task in short order. Thank you.

They were able to fix an iPhone that had been dropped into water as well as an old iPad that has not worked in three years. Great service, friendly people.

I came to phone doc after attempting/​setting an appointment at batteries and bulbs (whom was not successful in giving information on their appointments). I arrived at 9:00 a.m. and they were open on time, walked in, was greeted very curiously by a gentleman and young woman. I proceeded by explaining my experience with batteries and bulbs, they then asked what my issue was so I explained that my screen was cracked and needed to be replaced. The young woman then told me she would have my phone fixed within 30 minutes, I stayed and while she was working on my phone she notice my rear camera wasn’t working, so she looked into it for me. My phone was returned 27 minutes later with a new screen and working camera (which was fixed free of charge). I highly recommend phone doc and will be returning if I ever have any other phone issues.

Called before I went, got an estimate. The guy mentioned they had the parts and could do it within thirty minutes. Went to the location about 2 hours later, same price and timing. While sitting waiting on my phone to be done, about 5 people came through the door, some what seemed to be «regular screen crackers» (lol). They are consistent, friendly and efficient. Even fixed a small bend on my other phone at no charge. Great customer service. Great work. Oh, & 10% off accessories.

never written a review on Unilocal before… but if you need to get your iPhone repaired… this is the spot. Also, if you’re having problems with your Mac… i took mine here instead of the apple store and couldn’t be happier about the upgrade. good work… good people

After my experience with this company, I wont ever go back or refer anyone for their services. I firmly believe that they use lower grade materials or their technicians are under trained, careless, and repair phones without diligence. You would think that their «craftsmanship» would withstand a 3 ft fall from a desk onto carpet, but they let me down and their poor attitudes were even more dissatisfying. The «you get what you pay for» mentality is why I was okay with paying $ 150 to replace my phone screen; but I must say I think they are more interested in quantity not quality, especially when they are turning around phones in less than 30 minutes… Apple takes around an hour to replace a screen and I highly doubt the technicians at phone doc are better trained than Apple’s. $ 150 down the drain and they offered to repair it again for $ 150… Give me a break… lesson learned

I forgot my phone was on my lap in the car and when I got out it hit the concrete. I had a crappy hard plastic case on it that did not cover the top or the bottom, so when the bottom of the phone hit the concrete it cracked my screen on the bottom right corner and up the right side. I checked out reviews on Unilocal for repair places and decided to give this one a try based on the great reviews. I arrived at 9:13 and was walking out at 9:35 with a new screen. The staff is very friendly and professional. I paid $ 157 for a new iPhone 6 screen which included 10% off by using a Unilocal check in. The price might be higher than other stores but I feel it was well worth it for the quick service and excellent quality work.

Would recommend this place to anyone! Most honest and helpful people I’ve delt with in ANY retail store in a long time! Way to go guys! Keep up the good work — nice to know we have great local stores as yours in Baton Rouge!

Went to ANOTHER repair store in this part of town and was not impressed, so I came to PhoneDoc. Right away I knew I had made a better decision. The staff was friendly, very informative, and the store was spotless.
The staff discussed my repair and set my expectations. They gave me the WiFi password so I could continue with my busy day as I waited for my repair. The repair was quicker than expected and my phone is now working like new again.
I was defiantly recommend this store to «others» in the area.

Brought my Lumia 1520 in to have the battery swapped out. Glad to find a place that services Windows Phone devices! I dropped it off at 5 so I knew it wouldn’t be ready the same day. The staff was great and the owner kept me posted on the status via email so I could pick it up the next day.

My wife took her iphone 6 in for repair for a broken screen. They repaired it within two hours and all looked good. Two days later her screen went bad. She took it back to show them and they suggested she dropped her phone again. She assured them she hadn’t. They insisted she had. Their response was… sorry it wasn’t their fault. Of course, they offered a 10% discount to fix it again… what a gracious offer! Beware Would never recommend this business to anyone.

Wonderful service. Brought my iPad in at noon and it was ready by 4:30 the same day and at ½ the cost I was expecting (cost was ¹⁄₃ of what apple quoted) The staff is very polite and knowledgable. I will definitely use this business again for all of my Apple products.

Great place to get your phone serviced. My fiancé and I have both had very good experiences here. They offer a lifetime warranty and ensure that they are doing a good job! The staff is friendly and offer wifi while you wait for your items to get serviced. I highly recommend this place! Worth the price!

I recently sold the phone I got repaired and it was just as good as the day I got it back. The bezel color was just as white and bright and the glass had virtually no scratches. I’m not sure about other places but you should feel pretty confident with these guys.

I showed up just before closing, and the manager was nice enough to stay late and fix my iphone’s broken screen. The whole process took less than an hour, and he also gave me recommendations on cases and care. My phone came out looking like new. Overall, great service and customer care. Five stars for sure.

This place fixed my android phone for a very reasonable price! The repair place near Whole Foods wouldn’t even work on my older phone, but I don’t like throwing things away so I tried again at this place. MyPhone MD did what they said they would do, when they said they’d do it. The people working there were friendly and professional. Even though they had to order special parts for my old phone, I don’t think they made much of a markup. I will totally go back if I ever need another repair.

Brought my husband’s iphone here for repairs (new battery & back cover). I didn’t have to worry about a long wait time, I was in and out within 15 minutes. The prices were the best I had found around town. The service was friendly, fast and efficient. What more can you ask for?

My screen was cracked on my iphone just like everyone else’s so I took it here to get fixed. They had someone available to fix it right away and it took like 20 minutes to pop in a new screen, granted it set me back $ 70 but the new screen is worth it.
I gave them 4 stars because the dude that helped me was super nice and gave me some advice on some technical issues I had as well.
