The store is clean and pretty organized. On my visit not a single person said a word to me. I walked around hoping to get some help with some glasses. After 20 minutes I left.

This location is amazing, every time I come in, the staff is always warm and welcoming. Moreover, the stores always neat and clean, and the staff is very knowledgable about their products, very important! Have an last minute gift, Pier 1 Imports have you covered. Excellent customer service. I found an item online, and talked with the Customer Service Rep at the 800# who was able to assure me that the manager of the store on Bluebonnet would put one aside for me. Sure enough, I get to the store and they knew exactly who I was and what I was asking about! Made my purchase fast and easy! Plus, they have a great selections of cool items!
