I’ve been seeing Dr. Russo-​Mounger and her staff for about 4 years now. I’ve always had a pleasant experience. I’ve never had to wait in the waiting room more than 3 – 5 minutes, my dental hygienist has always been pleasant, professional and knowledgeable, and I really enjoy the subtle spa amenities (aromatherapy wrap, a hand massage once, headphones and personal TV, an assortment of fruit juices upon departure, and a take-​away baggie filled with a toothbrush, floss and a travel-​size toothpaste). Dr. Russo-​Mounger herself is always cheerful, helpful and knowledgeable– taking the time to explain things clearly and simply.

Phenomenal experience today. It was like going to a spa. I had my eyebrows waxed, my engagement ring cleaned and a heated aromatherapy wrap for around my neck — all while I had the most painless procedure I’ve ever experienced. I will never go anywhere else in Baton Rouge!
