Tracy in service is one of the most awesome human beings you will ever meet. She has been so incredibly great with the never-​ending saga that is my car trying to die on me. Her helpfulness and willingness to work with me coupled with her friendliness makes me feel like I’m talking to a person, and not just a company, who genuinely cares about my well-​being.
When my car inevitably gives up on me, I am 100% going to stay with Subaru because of the way they’ve treated me.

Purchased a used Outback today. Excellent service, no hard-​sell. The prices given for both the trade-​in & the new one were reasonable without a lot of haggling. Very professional staff. Would recommend trying here. Much better than some of the other places I visited.

They held a subaru Meet there thanks to the organization of Maria D. The meet was EXCELENT with food vendors and the local Radio Station. One of the biggest subaru meets from people from as far as 2 – 3 hours away. Great dealership and the folks there are top notch. Just last week my mother in law bought her Subaru outback from there and her car experience there was Top Notch. Thanks Subaru of BR.

I took my vehicle in for a maintenance request that was covered under warranty. Chance Collins in the service department went out of his way to accommodate me with constant updates via email and calls, as well as offering a courtesy loaner. Once they were finished with my vehicle, he walked me to my vehicle and asked me to call if I needed any additional services.
The service area and showroom are very clean and free of clutter, and I was offered a complimentary beverage on more than one occasion.
I will definitely continue to bring my vehicle here and would highly recommend this dealership.
