Fantastic service, they responded quickly and even though it was Christmas eve the serviceman was friendly and took the time to explain the situation and what we needed to look for to avoid the problem in the future. We will definitely use them again.

We used them to replace a drain valve on our hot water heater. We thought we were overcharged, called them to state such, and were quickly issued a refund!
