It’s okay. They are nice, safe, and good location. Covered parking is great as well. But the apartment is in a dead zone as far as cell phone reception. I am always dropping calls. They charge a lot of fees including pet rent, non refundable deposit for each pet, water and sewage. Keep that in mind when you calculate your rent. They make exceptions regarding pet policies if you work for them, but very strict about them if you don’t. For example, aggressive breeds are allowed if you work for them. Some of the residents don’t clean up after their pets or keep trash in the actual dumpster and not the ground.

Very nice! I usually don’t go for the cookie cutter, run-of-the-mill apartment homes that are cropping up all over the city but this one gets my vote. Ive been on a number of visits to the complex and it is always very quiet. The pool is resort style and clean and has plenty of seating for sunbathing and cookouts. The units themselves are modern and roomy with high ceilings and generous kitchen storage. There is also covered parking options for those frequent rainy days here in south Louisiana.

Finally! An apartment complex with enough parking for visitors. There’s a parking garage with plenty of parking and there are also some parking spots by the buildings themselves. If you can parallel park those are great, but for those of us that have problems with parallel parking the parking garage is there for your convenience. So 5 stars for having enough visitors parking. Yay!
