The staff is very personable to their patients and exceeded my expectations. They do accept my insurance plan and many other ones as well. The young lady in the Billing Office was very helpful in making sure I knew what to expect on my end with my visit without having any surprises. This is a very complex issue so any person that can make sense of insurance and billing is talented. Since she is one of the first contacts that I had in making this appointment, I could tell right away that Dr. Feldman’s staff was knowledgeable, professional and willing to go above and beyond to assist me. There may be a short wait in the lobby but the tv’s do help pass time. It was very nice and convenient to be able to have the test such as an MRI, blood work and everything that the doctor needed all done in one place. The Radiology Staff is especially the friendliest that I have dealt with in this profession. Dr. Feldman is a very good doctor and his knowledge was well above what I have experienced in the past. He took his time to get to know me, my past health and current issues as well as discussing future treatment that is best for me without any surgery. I feel confident at this point that my health is in good hands knowing that Dr. Feldman is involved. I do feel that he has chosen a great path for my health and I am rest assured that he and his staff are there to help me should I need to be seen in the future.
