Saw this food truck at a food truck event in BR. Could not resist boudin egg rolls and gouda stuffed boudin balls. Yes, I said boudin egg rolls. The gouda boudin balls were hot, crispy outside with a gooey cheese center. The boudin eggrolls or absolutely fantastic. Fresh boudin stuffed into an egg roll wrapper and deep fried served with a refreshing remoulade sauce. I could have eaten the egg rolls all night long. If you see this truck around town definitely worth the stop.
