U-Haul At Airline

Defintely not a fan of this location. Ordered a uhaul and when trying to go from location A to B it wouldn’t start. Had to wait over 3 hours for a mechanic, which thus went well past my delivery time of noon. When I arrived to uhaul, they had charged me the full day and said the mechanic had arrived at 930 (thats when I had called road side assistance, mechanic didn’t arrive until 1230). When requesting to speak with the manager, they said I would have to call on Monday and my account would be on hold.
Monday morning comes around and I can’t get in touch with the manager, and the lady says he will call me back. Not even an hour later and I see my account has been closed out and charged for the full amount. After a whole lot of back and forth with corporate office, i eventually received a 15% discount, but after a long long week of moving all of this was really annoying to deal with.
Oddly enough, after all my issues had been resolved, i received a random call from corporate that asked me if I knew what the issue with the uhaul. Don’t they talk to their mechanics? Just crazy all over.

Not a very helpful location… awkward doing business with them

Phenomenal! After hooking up my truck to the Uhaul trailer, the indicator and brake lights didn’t work on the trailer. Daniel Rucker, the young man hooking the trailer, checked the connections between my truck and the trailer. He even replaced a bulb in the trailer. When all else failed, Daniel hooked my truck up to another trailer. He discovered something was wrong the wiring in my truck. Daniel went out of his way to assist me with finding out the problem. As it turned out, I needed a new convertor box. I highly recommend this Uhaul facility.

Really friendly. Even took the boxes out to my car on a rainy cold December day.
