If I could give less than one star, I would! DONOTRENTFROMTHISPLACE! The management was incompetent when I was there a year ago and(even though they’ve changed) they’re still incompetent now. I lived here for two years. The first year was fine and I resigned for another year. During that year, I had four different roommates(I lived in a three bedroom). At one point towards the end of my lease, a person who was stalking me was allowed into the apartment because he told management that he forgot his wallet and had forged a note saying I allowed them to bring him into the apartment to retrieve it. When I found out about this NOTHING was done. I gave them 60 days notice to move out and spoke to the manager FOURDIFFERENTTIMES! Each time I was told that everything was taken care of and I didn’t have anything to worry about. I even asked again when I turned my keys and was told everything was handled and I would be contacted if they needed further information. My brother was one of the roommates and gave his notice on the same day as I. When I went to move out of my current apartment, I found out that they are still trying to charge me for the lease I gave them notice for. My brother doesn’t have this on his credit report for some reason but I do. When I called to try and speak with the manager, she left me a voicemail saying«the report was prepared by the previous manager and she’s not sure where the information would’ve come from that the lease would’ve been terminated BUT as far as she knows and their records indicate, I do have a $ 7,500 balance to pay». After calling her back 10 minutes after the message, I still haven’t received a call back. THEPRICESARENOTWORTHTHEINCOMPETENCE!!!

The main problem I have is with the trash situation. Besides that, I enjoy living here. I really enjoy all the amenities. I like how there is community activities too.
