I have been using Walgreens for years in Prairieville for years and always had a great experience. However since coming to Baton Rouge and using this pharmacy I have had constant issues. They are slow, often mess up my prescription refills, have staff that seems to not understand.

The pharmacy service is incompetent and rude, I will never trust these people with my medications or my child’s medications again! These people seem to have zero training about meds and even worse no customer service. I feel sorry for patients on several medications who rely on this pharmacy for their needs.

I like it b/c it is right by my house (oh no! My Unilocal stalkers are one step closer!).
Service is so so, and lines tend to pile up before they open another register.
Chase ATM inside is a lifesaver for me, so i don’t have to fight Albertsons parking lot across the streeet.
All in all… it’s Walgreen’s.
