This place has the rudest employees in history. They get your order wrong and get mad at you. If you are hungry you are better off going somewhere else. They take forever to answer the speaker and instead of greeting the customer they say«go head» what is «go head»? How about thanking you for choosing Wendy’s how may I help you?

The manager made no eye contact, the cashier offered no receipt, and the food was cold! Trifecta it seems, in retrospect I’m glad I threw it away instead of feeding the pooch. No one answered the phone to complain too either.

Decent food(what you’d expect from a fast food joint) but this is the slowest fast food restaurant I have EVER been to.

Food was decent, but how hard is it to get food right at a place where it’s all precooked? We had an order for 5 people, and wasn’t complicated at all. The woman behind the counter took her damn time placing the order, required us to repeat EVERYTHING twice, then STILL got the order completely wrong. When I go to complain, I’m then told that I never got charged for it, so I can’t have it unless I pay for it. I’m sorry, if I ordered it, how is it then MY problem that your dumb self didn’t remember to press the button? Bottom line, what should have been an easy in and out fast food stop on a road trip turned into an hour long ordeal. I’m calling the general manager when I’m done with this, but I wanted to make sure other travelers know just how terrible this place is. Just stay away.

I went two nights ago and I eat here often. Good food and decent staff. I only do drive thru.
