I was referred to Window World by several co-workers. They replaced all of our windows and doors. We are extremely pleased with the look and energy efficiency of their products. We are also comfortable with their Lifetime warranty. The install team was very punctual, professional and tidy. I would absolutely recommend Window World to anyone.

I got a few different quotes for my windows and Window World had the best window and hands down the most affordable price. The sales rep was really knowledgable about the different options and I just had them installed yesterday– they look incredible. The crew that put them in did a beautiful job and I still don’t know how they did it so fast– they did all the windows in my House before lunch! I can’t say enough– they have been wonderful to work with from the first phone call.

Window World did a great job installing new windows in my condo. Although The installer failed to clean the windows, the salesman, Patrick Nolan, personally returned to clean the smudges off the windows. Excellent product, excellent installation and clean up, and fine service

I had windows and a sliding glass door installed. Let’s start with the windows. Several of the windows were not completely installed and we had to go back behind them and push the ends in. Every time you’d say something to them you would just get a stare as in they didn’t understand and it’s fine. Then in several window frames they tore up the walls. Trash was left all over inside and outside the house. I also picked up glass for weeks all over the house. Now for the sliding glass door. Had issue from the start. Would have to slam the door to close and lock it. Called several times to have it addressed but could never get somebody to call me back to set up appointment to come out. Now sliding glass door makes a squeak noise and at top of door it is lifting apart. Today was told would hear from them @ 9am for when they’d be out but no call. I called at 9:45 and office said they’d call to confirm they are coming today it’s now 11:40 and I’ve received no call yet. With past history I just would like to know I’m not sitting here all day on my holiday for nothing. Not to happy with installation, product or customer service. Maybe I had a bad crew. I’m paying my bill wish they’d do their part providing correct information and not always leaving me hanging.

I ordered two windows for my new home from this company. Initially I was very impressed with the product and the sales guy and was quite okay waiting the 3 to 4 weeks for the windows. But everything went down hill from there. I made the appointment for install for Thursday June 12th at 9am, so I took off of work so that I could be there for however long was needed. I received a phone call at 8:30am from a supervisor saying my installer did not show for work that day. The supervisor stated that he would try and have another installer come out that afternoon after finishing his other jobs. I then received a phone call at 1pm from an installer stating that he was loading up the windows and would be at my house shortly. At 3:30pm when no one had arrived I called the installer back wondering what was going on, he stated that it was taking longer than he thought to finish the other job and he would be there by 4pm. By 5pm he had yet to arrive so I called him again and he said he was on his way and when I asked what time he would arrive he said by 5:30p. He did not arrive until 5:45p. And then upon arrival the installer ask me «would you like to reschedule for another day?» Now I will say the windows look very good and the installers got them in around an hour and a half and cleaned up after themselves when they were done. But there was no apology from them on giving me the run around all day. The complete lack of professionalism and customer service from this company is disgusting! Do not ever use them!

Okay. This is being made right. Another guy was sent out who looked over the job the first guys did and noticed that the front window was completely wrong and will be replaced at no cost to us. We also did not have to pay for the lock and have been told we will be a $ 100 gift certificate to an eatery. So, these guys will make it right if you have issues but be vigilant. __________________________________________________________________ My mother had these guys replace a door and two large windows and we had a few issues. 1. They said they were coming on Thur. Dec 29 but did not come until the next day(Fri. Dec. 30) and they came three and a half housr later than they said they would on THAT day. 2. They almost left without caulking around my window. I wouldn’t have noticed. Thank goodness my mother did. 3. And this is the biggie. The very expensive door they put in is an outside door. The salesman that came would clearly have seen that. It has no lock and no key. Just a latch you can lock from the inside. That’s right. You can’t lock this door from the outside. We have gotten no satisfaction about this. Mom spoke with«Randy» at Window World on the day of installation and he said that a lock would be installed today and he said nothing about it costing extra. Mom calls to find out when this will be done today and she is told it won’t(maybe Wed.) and that it will cost another $ 32. This is from the same Randy who said nothing about extra cost and said it would be done today. Unacceptable.
