Opdahl Chiropractic

I have been to quite a few chiropractors with no results. After only a few weeks in their program, I have noticed significant change in my neck pain. I would definitely recommend a friend to dr Opdahl.

I severely injured my neck while wrestling and immediately went to a regular Dr. who didn’t take X-ray’s, gave me no muscle relaxers or pain pills and only had me go see physical therapy. After several months my neck was still very stiff and sore and I had a constant headache. I heard about Dr. Opdahl from a friend who got relief after getting whiplash from a car accident.
Dr. Opdahl and his staff were so very helpful and friendly. Dr. Opdahl examined me and then took X-ray’s! Dr. Opdahl clearly explained all that was wrong with my neck, how he would help me and how long it may take to feel better. He did an adjustment that day that helped it feel better. After three visits my neck was feeling much better. It was at this time he started me in traction for a few minutes on two days a week and in two weeks my headaches went away and I nearly had full range of motion again. Over several weeks he increased the weight and time of traction to continue to strengthen the muscles of my neck and to get my neck properly realigned. Today I am pain free and can do everything I did before hurting my neck.

Dr. Opdahl is a great chriropractor. He took time to explain everything he was doing. The people there were friendly and professional and I feel tons better after going there!
