I got a haircut at Skillz Salon today by Celeste and I am super stoked! I’m new to Battle Ground and found this place here on Unilocal.When I mapped it I found out it was literally 2 blocks from my house — BONUS. Celeste was friendly, professional and fun. I explained what I wanted and it turned out perfect I LOVE my cute blunt bob. I would highly recommend Celeste. Thank you

I have been putting off touching up my roots and Ombré for way too long and just couldn’t take it anymore so I found this place online and amazingly, was able to get squeezed into the schedule. Erica did the most amazing job on my color I was blown away! And she made sure she did it right the first time, correcting little issues right away and sending me home feeling gorgeous and very happy with my hair! It was a fun place to spend a few hours and everyone was really nice, I will definitely be back!

Glad I found this salon! I’m from out of toe nails, but needed a place where I could stop in and get my hair trimmed before the holidays. I chanced a walk-​in, and was able to be taken care of immediately. Got my hair cut by Traci, who was professional, sociable, and did a great job! The cut was exactly what I was looking for, and was far more reasonable than what I have to pay closer to home (in Seattle). It’s disappointing I’m not living in Battle Ground, so will not be able to go back to her frequently, but I’ll be stopping by when I’m in town visiting family.

Elyse did my hair and make up for my wedding in April and did a fantastic job! I heard that she was the best, and I’m here to say that it’s all true. I brought in several pictures of updos that I liked, and she combined them all into something beautiful. Also, I don’t wear a lot of make up on a daily basis so Elyse asked lots of questions about the style of make up I wanted and asked what I was comfortable with. I could not have been more happy with the results!

Went today to see Amy. Called around 11 and was able to get an appointment for 1:30 the same day. Went in to get a haircut. I was there 15 minutes early, and she finished with her other client and cleaned up before having me come over.
The stylists were all friendly and clearly knew several of the clients who came in. They visited with all the clients, one another, but it didn’t feel awkward or like I was being ignored.
When I sat down, I explained to her what I was looking for and showed her an «ideal» picture. She made some slight suggestions for modifications due to face shape and amount of time that the style would require.
Amy was polite and made conversation without it feeling forced or awkward. To wash, cut, blow dry, and style, the full appointment took around 45 minutes, but most of that was my inability to make a decision without getting her professional opinion. She was able to take the style I thought I wanted and make it workable for my everyday routine.
At the end, I asked that she style it in a way that would be feasible for me to do on a regular basis so that I didn’t get «hair envy» when I tried to do it myself. She kept the style attractive but simplistic, which was perfect. My hair has a lot of sun and salt damage from living in San Diego, so she offered some products to help repair the hair without breaking my budget.
The cost was good for the service received, only thing keeping it from a 5 is that I have commitment issues when it comes to my hairstylists!

The best place in town to get your hair cut and styled. Tiffany has been taking care of families hair since we moved here 4 years ago.

I tried this salon for the first time and was really happy with the cut and color. I asked for a full one step color and the gal did a great job. The cut was good too. The price was very reasonable. I will be back.

What a great place! The owner Dusti is so animated and full of life and the other girls are sweet as can be. Skillz Salon brings a taste of «Pearl St» style to the town of Battleground but with a down to earth hometown feeling. Dusti recently added a Fashionista Collection of Rockin Couture to the salon for your shopping pleasure. The location is growing and this will soon be a place to stop in to see what’s new and say hello to the girls. Think «Barbershop» but with Class and Style for both the ladies and the Gents that love attention from the ladies!
