The lady that answered the phone when I called to ask if they were accepting new patients with our insurance was rude, and apparently couldn’t believe that I would even bother her with a question.
A second time I called (same lady), I asked if I could have my 8 week old weighed, in between appointments. No one here accepts our insurance, so we actually drive back up to our old pedi in Seattle. Anyway, she is having problems eating, so getting her weighed is important. When I asked if she could just come in to be weighed the lady sounded astonished and said ‘Not here!’ and hung up. Nice people skills…
