Have been here a few times for large orders. They are always ready when I need them, staff is super friendly and really do go the extra mile to make sure everything is perfect. Keep up the great work!

The first and only time I went there the girl was rude. She also over charged us by 4 dollars because she rang us up for the wrong thing. I explained to her several times why it was wrong and she kept insisting that it was just what the register does. She was finally so confused that she just opened up the drawer and have it’s 4 dollars. She clearly needs more register and customer service training. Then the coffee was basically brown water and they were out of cream. I asked for milk since they were out and she freaked out and wouldn’t even let me pour it myself. That place could be awesome, but a couple badly trained employees are going to tank it.

I have enjoyed delicious bagels and lunch sandwiches from BA for years, and from many locations. BUT NOT THIS PLACE.
I was visiting and saw the OPEN neon light on, so we pulled in. the sign said they closed at 3pm on Saturday (you really should make this 5pm) but as our vehicle approached. the neon light went out and the front door was locked. I checked my watch and the clock in the car and it was 15 minutes until closing time.
The owner probably was not there and everyone wanted to go home early. I will not be stopping at this location again.
