Horrible service. They ordered a replacement rim for my car, and twice ordered the wrong one. I return next week for the third time and have to cross my fingers that they finally ordered the right one. Time, money, and gas wasted.

I’ve been here a couple times. Great Guest Service and Great Prices.
The mechanics are fast. The Guest Service seems to go out their way to get the best deal they can find for you (looking for any discount, credit, or rebate they can).
The only down-​side I found was one that I don’t think they can really help.
The couple times I’ve gone, was right around noon. So half the mechanics were going to lunch, leaving the other half to pick up the slack while they were gone. So there was a bit of a slow down.
So maybe this isn’t really a complaint, but more a suggestion, that you should try to avoid the noon time if you have limited time.
