You definitely get what you pay for with these apartments. While the price is VERY low and the decent sized apartments are attention grabbers I do not recommend this place. I lived here for a little over a month and couldn’t take it anymore. Upon move in my apartment had cockroaches. I notified management and was told that they had just sprayed and that I should wait for them to «die off». They never did but instead got worse I would see at least 4 in the mornings and then more in the evenings these cockroaches weren’t even trying to hide. It got so bad I refused to have anyone over and after a month I moved out. I was only refunded my deposit although I moved out with 3 weeks left on my lease, the owner Kevin was really rude and didn’t care that I was forced out because of the infestation. I was also charged a $ 60 cleaning fee which I feel was wrong because when I went in to clean they had already set off 2 bug bombs in my apartment and I was unable to clean because the fumes were so toxic that I was coughing up blood. They only want your money, I would stay away.
