I needed a small paint job done to repaint some wood trim on the outside of my house. I ran across their website and decided to get quote since they promise to get back within an hour or so. I waited a couple days and did not here them them. I didn’t know what area they covered so I wrote another e-​mail to the staff e-​mail address to see if they covered my area. I’ve wait 3 or 4 days now and no answer to that e-​mail as well. If this is a reflection of their customer service, won’t ever try to hire them again.

Got just over 2000sqft home popcorn ceiling removed, level4 smoothed and painted in exactly 2 days as promised. The staff show up exactly at 8am and did a really clean and professional job. They were very flexible to my requests as I initially did not thought about painting but they managed to get this done promptly. Price was on the low end of the range suggested by
and I paid with my credit card via PayPal. The staff were very friendly and responsive from the time I filled the quote form online (I also quoted with other companies but Papa’s price was the best by far) to the time I got the invoice and thank you email. I’d highly recommend them and I’m looking forward to doing business with them again.
