I saw Toni in the neighborhood an scheduled a carpet cleaning for today. He was running a little late but called ahead and let me know that he will be 5 minutes late. I really like people when they communicate efficiently and respect other people’s time.
On the cleaning side, he did an awesome job given that I had not done a cleaning for 3 years, he took the challenge well. He moved all the furniture himself even though I offered to help. He left us booties and instruction on what to do and what not to do.
I would recommend him to anyone who is looking for service and NOT a cheap deal. His work is worth every penny.
