D&J Nail Spa

This place is amazing. I am not one to write reviews, but it is so clean and refreshing. Excellent customer service from the moment I walked in and even after getting your nails done they make sure you have everything you need to leave without messing up your nails. Awesome! Mani/​pedi price worth it. LOVE THEM!

I went here for the first time today, and I have already decided it to be my new go-​to salon.
I went for a pedicure with my mother, who got a mani-​pedi. Not only did they do a fantastic job, but they were also very caring about personal sensitivity (not too rough, but also not too gentle, depending on your individual needs). The salon is overall very clean, but one of the most important things to me was watching them unwrap their tools from steralized and individually wrapped packages, ensuring me that they were not only clean, but also never before used (similar to a tattoo studio — an environment I am much more familiar with, and a practice I have found to be highly important). As a bonus, the women, despite the consistent influx of customers, were very warm, upbeat, and even giggly at times.
The only thing I suggest for anyone looking to go here would be to make an appointment, as the location is a bit small, and the wait time can vary. My mother and I arrived as walk-​ins, so an appointment would make it easier on not only your wait time, but the workload for the fabulous ladies working here.

I have followed Dani from two previous salons and now that she has her own salon, I am thrilled. Dani’s salon is modest in size but very clean and well stocked. It would be better for you to make an appointment since the business is fairly new and only a few stylists work there at any given time. The prices are very reasonable ($ 9 basic manicure) for this area of Bay Ridge. Dani does great work, you will not be disappointed!

Dani is the best when it comes to nails! Her nail spa is clean, quiet, and relaxing. So glad she opened in my neighborhood after following her around.

Omg!!! This nail salon is wonderful and amazing. It’s under the new management. Everything is clear and flesh. Everything is one time used. The workers are good and patient. They do very good jobs. Everyone should come here and try!!!
