The Ralph Lauren section was a mess! Associate was stationed at the register but made no attempt to maintain the displays when she wasn’t ringing people up. She was extremely rude and condescending when we made a purchase. Last thing she said, while sipping on a Venti frappachino and leaning on the counter, was «you’ll get an email” – meaning my receipt will be emailed to me. Didn’t even bother to hand the bag to me as it was closer to her on the counter. WORST EXPERIENCE from a cashier I’ve ever had.

When buying a gift such as jewelry make up or fragrances do yourself a favor and check the box because they like to sneak it into a bag without showing you the boxes are filthy and look used. Happened to me more than once called the location back lady gave me a dumb excuse. Will not go back to macys again.

This store never has enough people to help in the shoe dept. always have to wait minimum of 30 – 45 min to have someone help. It’s utterly ridiculous. You’d think a dept store this big would have enough associate’s, however apparently not.

Since the renovation a couple of years back, this Macy’s is wonderful. Is large, well-​lit, clean, and modern. The options are great and there are enough employees working so that you can be helped efficiently.

West Babylon, NY
I went to the Bobbi Brown counter yesterday inside Macy’s and the staff was excellent. They really helped me pick out the right make up for my skin tone and everything. I was very happy and they were so nice.
