Charise was exceptionally considerate and understanding! We bought a box spring at the Selden Sleepy’s at 6:50, which the Bay Shore store was able to supply. Charise waited 20 minutes after closing time for us to arrive and 20 minutes to load the car. She showed no signs of agitation and was very sweet.

I went to the store to purchase 4 mattress sets and was nervous about my ignorance of mattress quality. The store manager there, Ali, was outstanding! Not only did he take his time explaining all of the different features of each mattress, but he made me feel so comfortable with my purchase and gave me a great deal. One box-spring couldn’t fit down a set of stairs and Ali was quickly solving the problem by changing the box spring into a split box-spring allowing us to keep our mattress size. I would absolutely recommend this store and Ali in particular. He was so understanding, accommodating, and attentive that we were actually surprised that such customer service still exists today. If you live far from this location… I say it’s well worth the trip to receive the service they afford you here. We LOVE our new beds and are finally getting a restful nights sleep! Thank you Ali!
