Brooklyn Pizza

We eat here at least once a week, sometimes twice. The food is excellent. The staff is always friendly. I highly recommend Brooklyn’s to any for a great pizza.

We went here since we were given a gift certificate and it had really good reviews so I was excited to try it! It’s a pretty unimpressive spot in a strip center. When you walk in, you order at the counter and they bring the food out to you. The employees were friendly. Since we had a gift certificate we were trying to use all of it since we don’t live around there. I was surprised to see that we got it to a $ 1.85 balance and instead of giving cash for that amount they just wrote it on the certificate, so we decided just to buy an extra drink. The knots were really good and garlicky, just like I like them. The pizza came out next and it looked pretty good, I didn’t try it, I had manicotti coming. Then the calzone came out, which didn’t look appealing at all. It didn’t have a lot of ingredients and looked way over sauced, my husband wasn’t a fan. We waited another 5 minutes and watched another table get their food and then realized my manicotti wasn’t coming out. We asked about it, they had definitely overlooked it on the order. We were in a hurry at this point so I was starting to get stressed, we had somewhere to be in less than 30 minutes. My food finally came out and it was okay. The pasta was overlooked and the ricotta filling was thin. For a free meal it was good but I don’t think I would go back and pay for anything, except maybe the pizza.

We had lunch here 12.26.2015. Very nice folks in there, quiet, 3 sizes of pizza, you will bring some home. The pizza we had was a all meat, with extra sauce, boy o boy was it good. They also make sandwitches, and Muffalotta’s, and make their own olive salad for the sandwitch. Very nive mom & pop type pizza place. I will go back for more.

Very good pizza that is fairly priced. Fully expected to give this less than 5 stars coming in but the pizza spoke for itself. Recently had a trip to New York and this was very comparable. Will definitely eat here again next time we are in town.

Best pizza on the coast. For whatever reason their pepperoni pie is spectacular. Plus it’s very inexpensive. Garlic knots are delish too. I prefer this location to the one in gulfport. It’s a lot cleaner and the staff is friendlier.

Brooklyn Pizza is the real deal. It is in an unassuming strip shopping center. Don’t let that fool you. Real NY-​style pizza in a Mississippi coastal town. Absolutely delicious.

I was thoroughly impressed with my experience here. The fam and I wanted pizza but I’m so over the «big name franchise pizza» and wanted to try something local.
For my family of four plus one additional mouth to feed for the night I got the 20in all meat pizza. HOLY COW!!! Literally I think a whole cow was on my pizza. The toppings, cheese, and sauce was lovingly applied.
The workers were also a plus. Very kind and friendly. It may be a Brooklynn pizza but you gotta love the southern hospitality. We will most definitely be back!

Yummy pizza! Real NewYork style in Mississippi! Foldable scrumptiousness. Two slices and a drink for five bucks, great value and authentic goodness. Relaxed and clean atmosphere. Generous owners. Glad we stopped in on our drive to the beach.

You want Brooklyn style pizza. This IS the place. The food is great. Pizzas the size of wagon wheels. Italian dinners of all sorts. Calzones are huge. Salads with their own homemade Italian dressing that is out of this world. Friendly staff. Prices are very reasonable. Coke products are served here. You can watch them make your own pizza. This is the best place for true New York style pizza.
