We were staying in the RV Park next door so we decided to try the buffet. it’s more about quantity rather than quality. There’s a large variety of food. Salad bar looked fresh. Some of the hot food was overdone, particularly the rib eye steaks and the fried catfish. The mussels and clams were dried out. Those are hard to keep fresh under heat lamps. The pasta salad tasted«off» but the lettuce mixes were fresh. Hubs tried 4 different desserts and liked them all. Our server was great — friendly and available. With so much variety, it was easy to find something good to eat. But you could smell smoke from downstairs in the dining area so that was unpleasant. We paid $ 26/person for this meal. It’s a little cheaper than other casino buffets I’ve eaten. This was just a very average buffet. Ultimately though, it’s the smell of 2nd hand smoke in the dining room that will keep me away. Not going to return.

They are a buffet like the other places have, I love the seafood and desserts here they make the waffle cone bikes for the ice cream and have some really cool flavors like cotton candy! Also have crème-bre-let(how ever you spell it)

We decided to eat here because we were camping at a local state park. We had my husbands cousin with us and this is what she wanted. The last time we are here the wait in line was over two hours. Needless to say, I was very excited that we were able to pay and be seated within minutes. Seafood, BBQ, Italian, Asian, American, the grill, a salad bar and a massive dessert counter. It was like all foods were included. The famous king crabs were insanely delicious. The dessert counter was not only beautiful but crazy tasty. Husbands cousin tried about nine different desserts. The waiter we had was very attentive and super polite. The lack of the fifth star was due to The Grill. The steaks were not wonderful and the cook was having issues with flame ups. The whole dining area was heavily smoked. Overall a good experience.

The buffet today was exceptionally poor quality. We go here from time to time because we live nearby. There were 12 of us in our party and only one person enjoyed their food. Perhaps they were having a bad day but most things were dried out and you could tell it was not fresh. Quite a disappointment to pay $ 15 for a meal and the only thing I could eat was salad. Our waitress was awesome and apologized but the food is not worth that on a good day, much less when the quality is as poor as today. Not a good choice for a casino buffet.

Typical of its kind, the Epic Buffet emphasizes variety over quality. This is not necessarily a detriment, as the seafood selection at night is huge, for example: Blue crab, snow crab legs, two varieties of fried shrimp, two varieties of boiled shrimp, and whole and filleted fried catfish were featured when we ate on Friday night. Unfortunately, as with other large buffets, some less popular dishes were overdone while other, more popular selections were constantly replenished. The breakfast menu is smaller, but filled with what you would expect. The same caveats apply; however, the price is very reasonable at $ 9.99 per adult. Overall, not disappointed.
