The true test of a business is not how they handle things going right it’s how they handle things going wrong. My husband and I went shoe shopping together for his birthday before Christmas. He found two pairs and I bought a pair to replace a worn out pair. When I got home and tried my shoes on later I discovered I had bought the wrong size. (I’m right between sizes right now). With all the chaos of Christmas & traveling I couldn’t find my receipt. I went back hoping they could help. Jeff & his staff were great. They returned my shoes and helped me find a pair that fit perfectly. I will definitely return.
