Racist women who talk under their breathe as if you can’t hear them — called for an appointment only to wait and wait and wait and get disrespected… don’t go and waste your time

A very nice and clean salon. It was my first time here so I was a bit skeptical. I have been going to the same salon in Brooklyn for years now (it’s just not convenient though). I made an appointment (same day) and they were able to accommodate me on a Saturday afternoon. Jessica took good care of me as well as the owner (Liliana). My appt. was at 3:00 and she was getting ready to leave but ended up staying late because she wanted to help out (that was a plus, thanks Liliana). I have long and thick hair. I got color, full highlights and a hair cut. Price is reasonable too. Overall, I was happy and satisfied. I like the fact that I was the only one in the entire salon when I went :) I will be coming back and I recommend this place.

Lovely salon with a beautiful interior. Very clean, and Liliana and Jessica are friendly but not annoyingly chatty. I like my spiral perm done a pretty specific way, and Liliana completely understood the look I was going for and made sure I was happy with my perm and cut. I always feel pampered after getting my hair done here!

Wonderful experience! I love my new hairstyle. Lilliana did a beautiful job! I am new to the area and I am very pleased to have the perfect place to have my hair styled. Welcoming atmosphere, friendly staff, and great service. I highly recommend this place!

First time here, I absolutely loved it. Jessica and the owner (who’s name I forgot sorry!) were very friendly. They stayed two hours after closing to make sure my hair came out perfect! They did a beautiful job and I’m in love with my color and cut. I add that they treated me like a princess and also served me a yummy cup of coffee free of charge. Highly recommend going here!

Great place! Went for my first time yesterday and was looking for a change in my hair color. I’ve always tried to achieve the ash colored dark blonde and never able to achieve it. Jessica was very helpful by recommending the best color options to achieve the dark ash blonde look. I received full head highlights, full color, trim, eyebrows colored, and blow dry for $ 170. The best is the color came out perfect, exactly what I was looking for. The price is awesome for the excellent work. Bellissima is very clean and has a beautiful interior. Overall great place, would highly recommend.

I will not let anyone or any other place touch my hair! They do a beautiful job, I believe they are worth every penny! They know exactly what I like and help me when I decide to mess up and try coloring my own hair :) Might I add it never turns out well when I try doing my own hair, but they are always there to help fix my mistake! I walk out feeling like a million bucks every time. .the owners and staff are amazing!

I would never go back or recommend this place to anyone. I received a gift certificate to go there for «spa day» for Christmas. That was awesome… my experience there, was not. They say on their flyer «walk-​ins welcome» — well, they aren’t. I walked in the weekend before and was told I would have to make an appointment. I did and went to it yesterday. The hairdresser who finally took me (20 minutes late) asked me what I wanted done and seemed to care. I am very particular about my hair and gave her exact instructions on what I wanted done. I’m assuming that she didn’t understand what I meant by a «shag cut» (even though she said she did), because my hair didn’t come out at all the way I wanted it. Even though she kept asking me, because as she said «it’s your first time here». When it was all over, she asked me what I thought of the cut. I told her it was «okay», and the arrogant woman actually had the gall to say «Just okay? I think I did a great job!» Really? Well I didn’t. That’s definitely one way to lose a customer — and possibly several more now. So if you are looking for a salon that will give you a good cut the way you want it, this place is definitely not it. Only bright spot in my experience is the girl who waxed my eyebrows did a good job.
