I order from there a chicken sandwich got home from work and I was sick like a dog throwing up every cant hold nothing down

This place has great reviews but my food was not very good. I ordered the steak sopes, beef soft tacos and chicken soft tacos. Meat was pretty flavorless we ended up throwing half of it away because they weren’t very good. Wouldn’t recommend this place or go back. Do not pay with cc over the phone either! They write all your information on the receipts!

If you want to feel like you are visiting your friends in Mexico who also speak perfect English, then this is the place to go. We felt at home. The food was delicious and the staff was so nice making suggestions to me and my child! Go and eat here!

I LOVE the food here. I’ve only gotten delivery/​take out but it is always fresh and hot. This is my goto place for Mexican food in Bayonne.

A colleague and I happened to be in the area and wanted a quick lunch.
Talk about you little hole in the wall places that are amazing. I had a chorizo burrito that was unreal.
I also had some fresh guac which you can tell is made daily by the 50 avocados sitting on the counter.
If you are a fan of Mexican this place is for you. I will be back. Great lunch spot.

I’m craving for authentic Mexican food since last night and I found this new place in Bayonne, Casa Lupita and I want to try it. First day in the morning my man go there to buy me Mexican food. He ordered chicken & pork Tamales, Soft tacos lengua and quesadia.Bec. they just open so they said they will just delivered my food. I waited ¹¹⁄₂ hrs for my food to be delivered but I was blown away when I tasted it, it’s sooooo delicious. everything I ordered is delicious. And my man said the place is nice the guy who get his ordered is very nice too, he explain the diff. foods that they have. My partner is so amazed to the guy bec. he really knows the food they are serving. He also love the food as well. I will stick to this place for my Mexican food cravings.

You know — sometimes you’re not looking for something amazing, but when you find it — it falls in to that category of — where has this been all my days?
That’s what this small Mexican spot is. The owner takes orders, cooks, greets clients, serves and is the sweetest person — in spanish or english. The guacamole is just beyond words — when we get it delivered it’s one of the first things to go. It’s not pre-​made; nope always made to order — hell, I’ve stood there and watch her make it 2 weeks ago. Soooo good… Now everytime someone offers me guacamole — it has to stand up to the flavors Lupita puts into hers.
I have yet to get something from her that’s sub par — from the tacos — be them chicken, chorizo or lengua — (yes — tongue — don’t knock it until you’ve had it…) — all perfectly seasoned. The gorditas, flautas, the chicken enchiladas, I could go on and on and on… nothing disappoints.
Now — this is a small place with 2 cooks — so time will be taken for your food — but when something is made with this much precision, care, love and attention to detail — it’s worth the wait.
Call and they deliver quickly; stop by for a quick taco lunch, or stop by in the evening for a nice spicy dinner you’re soon not to forget.
As a matter of fact — I’m going to go there now to get some Huevos Rancheros!!!

I was working in the Bayonne, NJ area and decided to try out Casa Lupita. I love Mexican food. Not the fake stuff, I love authentic Mexican food. This place is just that, authentic Mexican, great price, but most importantly delicious.
I ordered the chicken tacos and gorditas chicharron. I was not disappointed. I was instantly hit with all of those Mexican flavors I’ve come to love. Hopefully I will return soon.

We live in JC, so I was glad when I called in and the owner (I think!) told me that they delivered here. Delivery took about an hour, but that was expected, since we were a town over.
First of all, the owner was super nice over the phone. She was really patient with me, since I wasn’t really sure what I wanted.
We ordered a steak burrito, chorizo burrito, and chicken flautas. Delicious. My only qualm was the packaging, which affected the texture of the fries that came with the burritos. If you’re a Unilocal friend on mine, you know that’s a peeve of mine! Also, the chorizo burrito was really greasy, as expected, but it was a little unmanageable.
If you can make your way around the messy burritos, you’ll love the portions and the flavor. This meal had serious flavor, people! My non-​vegetable-​eating boyfriend went nuts for the chicken flautas buried in lettuce, sour cream, and cheese!
Another PLUS! They have horchata! Horchata! What are you waiting for?!

Chorizo tacos are greasy but yummy. Shrimp cocktail was amazing but taste better with tostito chips verses the crackers it comes with. (I had tostito chips at home) my son devoured his chorizo burrito. My hubby had the chorizo and egg torta, he said it was ok. Only thing I didn’t like was the gordita chicharron, it was soggy. And mango and banana shakes were way too sweet, didn’t taste fresh at all. But I would definitely order from them again. I’ll try churrasco next.
