European Day Spa

Everyone that works here is so sweet & so welcoming. From when I walked in to when I left I was satisfied with everything. I got a wax from Ella. She makes you feel really comfortable while you’re being serviced. Already set an appointment for next month and she’ll be my designated lady from now on. Definitely recommend this place!

Georgia is the best haircutter. She takes her time and is super friendly and down to earth.

Everything was fantastic. Best part of the experience was the service! So professional yet attentive and kind. They focus on the customer’s relaxation as a priority. The manager at the front desk took care of my car’s metered parking during my time there! Truly promoted stress-​free spa time.
A few critiques.
The massage table did NOT have a face cradle. This made the massage a bit uncomfortable and even gave me neck pain because your neck is turned for a long time when faced down. It was the first professional massage I have ever had that did not have the right table or equipment. Everything else was great, including the steam shower.
The spa manicure and pedicure was excellent, except for the part that callus remover serum was placed on my cuticles. It’s so strong that now my skin around my toes peeled off and I have to wait for it to heal.
All in all, it’s a quaint small place that offers a relaxing experience in a not-​so-​relaxing area.

Where do I begin?! I love this place! The owner is so down to earth and she knows what she’s doing along with all her staff… they all treated me with respect and always friendly with a big smile on their faces, they made me feel special… I had taken my mother and I for a Mother’s Day spa day and my mother and I cannot wait to go back, the facial, the massages everything was great! Now I’m going for laser hair removal and I couldn’t be happier, I went for my first appointment today and I already saw results… I truly love this place and I can’t wait to go back! Bozana you rock! And you look great for your age!

I am so happy with Georgia! She’s the only one I will allow to cut, color, and style my hair. If you are new to the area, ask for her!!!
Other spa services, I am uncertain of as I have never taken advantage of these features. But trust me on Georgia!!!

It is a nice place. Their policy of charging you for cancelling your appointment is so unprofessional. They think they are in NYC. So unsatisfied. I spent so much money and I tip very well but they lost me as a customer. Very poor customer service from the front desk person. It was more professional when they had the older lady working at the desk. Now they have this teenager working.

It bothers me that my relationship with this salon is over, I like my nail lady really sweet, the owner is nice too but the managers nonchalant and unapologetic attitude was ridiculous. I made an appt received a confirmation email that I had an appt today at 4pm. I even took an hr vacation from my job to get to the appt on time. But guess what my appt was cancelled the manager said «must have been you» so then I said why would I come here to argue about an appt I cancelled she looked at me and said idk while giving me a look as if I was crazy for arguing about an appt I cancelled. She said «it’s cancelled there’s nothing I can do» and then she rolled her eyes at me & when I elevated my voice to tell her not to roll her eyes at me she has the audacity to tell me to lower my voice… and that she wasn’t rolling her eyes she was thinking. I was going to go back to complain to the owner about the fact that the customer service at her location is abysmal, but I figured screw it I wouldn’t go back to that location even if it was free.

I had such a wonderful experience at this spa I must share! I walked in to the spa frantic after I had gotten a spray tan the night before that turned out looking terrible and uneven. my face was a completely different color from my chest… and i had a wedding to go to in 3 hours. I was freaking out. without an appointment, Kasia immediately calmed me down, had me exfoliate my face and gave me a beautiful makeup application to even it all out. she even gave me great tips on how to get rid of the rest of my horrible tan on the rest of my body. only thing I regret is not taking a before and after picture! She truly saved the day and was incredibly sweet and gracious during the whole process. She is an incredibly talented makeup artist and I am so grateful she was there that day! she also charged me a very reasonable rate of only $ 20 to even out my coloring. I also had gotten my eyebrows waxed with no appointment right before my makeup application. by the owner. she did a great job as well! Will def come back and highly recommend!

The best pedicure you can get is here! While the girls are all great, Cindy is the best. My feet never looked so good and the pedicure lasts longer than any other.

if you want great color and someone who knows what they are doing see Wally! She is very talented and the only person I let color or highlight my hair. this salon has great jewelry and handbags to shop for while color is in your hair!

Love this place!!! I’ve been coming here forever (since before it was European Day Spa and was Hairstylingly Yours). The staff is ALWAYS wonderful and accommodating. The front desk staff are the nicest people ever — and will always work with you to try to get you the time that you need. Offer everything for both men & women — cuts, color, styling, nails, waxing, gloss, keratin, laser hair removal, facials/​skincare, massages, EVERYTHING — check out their spa menu! Georgia is my go-​to girl for my hair for about 12 years now. She has many years of experience, is so creative, gets very excited to get the hair the way you want (color/​cut/​style/​formal) and attends hair shows on the regular so she is up to date with trends and new products. Ella is my go-​to esthestician who is great for facials and waxing — she makes you feel comfortable and is like your Polish grandmother who wants to help you look and feel your best. Go for the Brazilian wax — they will make you feel so comfortable and you wont regret it! They do bridal parties, spa days, everything. They take really great care of the salon — it is always clean and decorated beautifully — very relaxing and welcoming. They also have a snack table out that usually has cookies or trail mix out along with free coffee, tea, and water. The prices are not cheap (& not overly expensive either), but the service is not cheap either — everyone works VERY hard to make sure you leave with a smile on your face. They have tons of products for sale (hair accessories, jewelry, hair products, makeup products, skincare products) and even have their own line of products now. I dont know what I would do without all of the lovely people that work here and the services they provide!

Please don’t waste your time or money! I booked a blow dry and it was a 30 minute rushed job. The hair stylist, Aga was under pressure because she was the only one working that day. I have long curly hair there is no way you can do a blow dry in such a short amount of time. She blow dry my hair quickly and I had to ask her to please tame my hair down with a flat iron. Needless to say my hair was a mess within an hour because it wasn’t completely dry. I complained to the from desk because I felt rushed. The lady stated that I should tell them I need 45 min? How about you don’t book 3 clients back to back so that your client doesn’t feel rushed!
When I left there were two more clients waiting for the same stylist? I will not return.
I had a wedding to attend that day so much for getting my hair done. It’s my third and last time there. The previous 2 times my blow-​dry was messy within an hour. Please look elsewhere.

I decided to give this spa a chance despite all the bad reviews. After today’s visit I don’t believe they are real customers!
— First, the décor is amazing. So luxurious and relaxing.
— Second, the staff is awesome. The girl at the desk is so sweet and accommodating. Gave me an appointment the same day fora mani and pedi and was so nice when I arrived.
— I think this might be one of the most relaxing and best mani/​pedis I have ever had. It was not cheap, but I think totally worth the price. The manicurist totally pampered me and took her time to make sure I was completely satisfied.

Worst spa ever. I went there for a facial and my face is not that bad, just some blackheads on my nose and chins.
She touched my clean forehead and cheeks and I ended up having bumps on them; four days have passed and they are still there! My chin and nose were feeling soft after I left, but when I washed the cream away, it was gone and just like before as well. I just wasted my time and money. Will never be back there.

Worst place for business!!! they quoted one price on the phone then once services were rendered they claimed they did not have a discount code for the computer/​register. The gril at the counter was rude and full of herself and justifed the inflated price «the word spa, means we can charge that» what a let down!!! considering we just moved to the area and I would have been a regular. Its a shame when small business act like this then they wonder why the go under

I am a regular customer for waxing, massages, facials and nails. Love this place.
