Hot N Toasty

This place is really good. I have been here multiple times. Sometimes there’s a good amount of people there at the same time as me and I’m still usually in and out within a good amount of time. Bagels are fresh, I always get the sausage and egg. Very tasty!

I recently went to pickup some bagels here and I have to say I was disappointed. The bagels are great and the other items they sell. What I do not appreciate is the one lady who took my order which were 4 bagels and breakfast sandwich is she did everything with her bare hands after dealing with the money and the register. She toasted my bagels and added cream cheese to all without using any gloves which I think is very unsanitary and why would you want to touch customers food knowing your hands are obviously dirty. Even the other women whom do wear gloves but still touch everything else with that same glove there cooking and toasting the bagels with. I know its a great place with great breakfast items but this unsanitary flaw needs to be worked on asap. I still took my items unhappy because I didn’t want to cause a scene and embarrass the employees. But will think twice before returning. Thanks.
