From start to finish, the experience was exceptional. The team’s customer service is incredible, and their pricing is really competitive, but not at the expense of the work or product. My husband and I had our entry door, sliding glass door, five windows, and an exterior door replaced, and we’re thrilled with the look and function of them all. We had a problem with locking the windows, and within a couple days, we had someone come out to happily take a look and make recommendations for solutions (which were super simple.)
Overall, we’d work with them again in a heartbeat!

The window itself is ok but they did a horrible job putting the molding back (cracked it and chunks taken out) and also the caulking was so sloppy it will need to be redone. They also chipped a large part of our wall when installing too that will need to be speckled and repainted.

My windows have been installed! I’m happy with their work. The three workers arrived on time. They cleaned up when they were done. They showed me how to open the windows to clean them. They were professional and completed the work in a timely fashion.
I called the office at about 8 am to confirm my appointment but no one was there. I did not leave a message. At 9 am, I received a call from their office manager stating that she saw I called this morning and was just making sure everything was okay.
That is great customer service! I’m happy I went with them.
