I’ve dealt with horrible sales people(specifically David– taller darker guy with two earrings) before. I work in sales so I get the game. Well here we go, I went to tmobile in hopes in getting a cell phone with a cheaper rate. I did get that, but with an incompetent sales person who was not only a liar, but didn’t know anything he was talking about. Firstly, he tells me that the promotion I was buying was going to last two weeks and I had time to get my second phone for the promotion. My boyfriend goes to tmobile two days later to find out the promotion actually ends that day. Then he the salesperson David calls me that day to tell me the promo is ending and that he «didn’t know» it would ended. I spoke with another corporate store and they told me they knew the end date. Secondly, my Samsung S7 started to glitch(not his fault). I went to another store to switch my phone out on the last day of my 14 days from my purchase and I find out that I don’t have jump(which I was told by David that I did purchase) and then that there was no receipt for my phone purchase. He then told me I could go to any store to do any type of return. I go to the corporate store to return my phone they can’t find the receipt and then that I would have to go to original store because they couldn’t find any information about me in the system. Three hours later I finally get my new phone. I will NEVER go to Bayonne Tmobile again. Worst experience I’ve ever gone through.

This store is pretty bad. One time I went here and one of their reps was more interested in talking about his recent UFO sightings than helping activate my SIM card. Another time, it took a one of their reps over 3 attempts to activate my SIM card correctly. I wouldn’t recommend going here unless you have to, but then again I have had plenty of problems with T-Mobile since day one, so maybe that’s just the status quo.

Pathetic customer service, there were 2 guys at the counter, had no idea about the promotions t-mobile was running, had to explain and show them the AD and they acknowledged and finally after waiting for an 1 hr they tell me they don’t have the phone in stock, do yourself a favor and go to some other t-mobile

I came to get an unactivated sim card so that my brother, who is the primary account holder can then call T-Mobile customer care and get it activated for me. But the rep won’t give me a sim unless they activate it for me. I guess their only aim is getting the highest number of activations.

Maybe it’s the fluorescent lights or the sales pitch to not leave empty handed and buy this-that– or the other, but I will do just about anything to avoid having to go to the brick and mortar store for help with my account. After several phone calls to T-Mobile, countless times on hold and no resolution, I reluctantly came here to see if they could help me figure out what was going on with my data plan… and so glad I did. Prompt, friendly service and super fast resolution with no pressure to buy. Appreciated!

I had to make account adjustments on my t-mobile. Michael and Rosemarie both helped me and the transition was flawless. I went to a no contract plan and got a better deal at less than half of the previous price I paid with a contract plan. Nothing went wrong and they both represent T-Mobile very well. In the past I had AT&T and Verizon and others and I always would have a problem.
