The Doctor was very helpful. He worked hard to answer all of my questions and get me the right contacts. I have 100% astigmatism which I’m not 100% sure of what that means except it’s hard to get me the right script. He took his time and this aspect was invaluable to me. The girls in the front were very helpful too. They know what they are doing. I was a walk in on Sat at 1 o clock and I had to wait about 45 minutes in which I walked around the Mall until they called me. And I was all done with my contacts at 3. I HIGHLY recommend this place. I wish I knew the name of the doctor. But I will get it when I go back. He made all of these little adjustments at the end to get it right that previous opthamologist that I have visited did not. It is a rare treat for me to get an excellent eye doctor. I will be sending friends and family there.

I have been a customer of this sterling optical location way over ten years. I had a incident involving contact lenses too but i will just address my glasses issue. I am disabled and on a very low fixed income. While i was working i purchased glasses with progressive lenses and varilux lenses. This was a big expense to me. My glasses now have discolorations and stains and some kind of spotting to theae varilux lenses. Their workmanship at this location is shoddy their atitude terrible and even if u contact corporate offices they have no juridistion over this store and the owner/manager offered no recourse. Totally disgusted
