I attended a lecture tonight about beekeeping and afterward there was a sampling of honey from different hives throughout the city as well as food made with local honey. It was a great event and while you were eating, you could browse the exhibits about the construction of the Throgs Neck Bridge and the history of Bayside. Very educational and a hidden gem in Queens.
