i decided to go here because its close to my job. i got a groupon for microdermabrasion. i showed up 15 mins early and no one was there to open the door. i decided to leave and come back. when i got back there the person who greeted me was less than excited that i was using a groupon, even though i had an appointment. when i booked the appointment i told them i was using a groupon. anyway the facial itself was not great. i have had much better. it felt very rushed. i won’t be back.

Came for a microdermabrasion facial. I did’t have a groupon deal but they gave me the same price anyway. It was the first time I’ve ever had the treatment so I didn’t have any other place for comparison. I was quite happy with the outcome and felt my face was refreshed and had a glow. I wasn’t crazy about their setup though. You go inside a big room with 2 beds. They give you a towel/robe to change into but there is not a separate room to change in private. I had to change while the other person is just laying there. Ok, she didn’t see anything cuz she was getting her treatment and had a cloth over her face but still! Also there is a glass window in the treatment room that looks out to the lobby(entrance room where they do manicures). I thought it was one of those 2 way windows where you can only see thru from one side. It wasn’t! So while you’re changing, anyone in the lobby can see you. What kind of lame setup is that?!? Plus you know how most places will dim the light as you lay there with your mask on for rest and relaxation? not this place. The light is one of those industrial fluorescent light and it’s left on at all tme. So even though you have your eyes closed, cloth over, you can still see the blaring light… even though the treatment wasn’t bad, I wont be returning. I just can’t get pass the uncomfortable atmosphere of this place… sad because it costs very little to invest in proper lighting and basic curtains for privacy!

I purchased a Groupon for a microdermabrasion. Spent this whole week trying to make an appointment. Spent the whole morning to call for an appointment at 9:30am. So decided to get a refund and did. I guess they don’t want costumer since they don’t answer there phone.

Used a groupon for skincare package including microdermabrasion, facial massage, face mask. I was taken about 15 minutes after my appointment time. When I was shown into my room, I was very taken aback to find 2 beds, one of which contained a woman who was lying down with a face mask on. I assumed I was in the wrong room until the aesthetician said«oh, it’s ok, she’s nearly finished.» She instructed me to change into a spa wrap, which I had do do with this other woman lying on the bed. I’m certainly no prude, but I assumed part of the spa experience would be having a private room. The girl said she’d be back in a few minutes and she then proceeded to attend to someone else in another room who was talking very loudly about how horrible conditions are in North Korea and perhaps everyone should just move to South Korea. She went on and on and on, and I wondered if my calming, soothing spa experience was completely doomed. The girl, I think Katie was her name, came back and started to work on my face. She was extremely sweet, but it appeared she was the only one working there, and was taking care of 2 other women at the same time as me. After she finished the first part of my facial, she then attended to the woman in the bed beside me. They were talking and laughing in Korean and by now I was thinking thank goodness I didn’t pay full price, or I would have been raising hell. Maybe groupon customers get more down scale treatment because they’re paying less? In any event, she did a very nice job, although it felt rushed. My face felt lovely and smooth afterwards, and she really was a very nice girl. I certainly can’t fault her personally. Would I go back if I had to pay full price? No.

Not a good experience. They never answer their phone. After i left a message, finally they gave a call back to me, and keep changing my appointment and still got it wrong. When i arrived, there was only one customer, but the lady(Korean who can’t speak much English) looked so lost and after a long wait, finally took me in, gave me an old spa wrap to wrap myself with, the velcro was so worn out so it keep slipping down. The lady lazily did my microdermobrasion and did not show up for a long time, no neck massage, no skin consultation, left a cold mask on my face and disappeared. and the room was cold and bed was so uncomfortable. The worst experience i ever had. Stay away.

I purchased a Groupon for the«Laser Lipo», and am greatly disappointed. First of all, there were lots of scheduling problems and I had my appointment canceled on me because I was told the laser didnt work unless you went multiple times a week. Who has time for that?! I went for my first session, and was just told to sign a consent form and was not asked any questions or health history questions. I was not given any sort of information about the procedure and my measurements were taken. The woman took my measurements before the laser and half an hour later she took the measurement again and I noticed she cinched the measuring tape to make it seem like I lost an inch. Pretty hilarious, I was also told I needed to stop eating and exercise more in order for the treatments to work. Wow, I think not eating would cause anyone to lose weight, with or without the«laser lipo», I am definitely going to ask Groupon for my money back!

I bought a Groupon for microdermabrasion. The place is very cute and I parked on a side street and walked. Was not too far away. The employees were very sweet and when I was shown to my room she told me to take off my clothes(left my undies on of course) and lay under the covers. I was a little weirded out and told her im just getting a micro, but she said she knows. So I did what she said and the bed was heated! She came back and started to clean my face, while she let the masks sit, she gave me a massage(arms, legs, shoulders). She then did the micro, finished my massages and that was pretty much it. Everything was A++ though. They did not push any products on me and I tipped generously because I really enjoyed everything.

I really cannot complain! I got a regular manicure — those often chp after a couple days, but it’s been about a week and mine still looks brand new. The place was clean and friendly so unless we’re talking some outrageous price — this was a gift — I’d come again for sure.

I cannot say, ‘Never been to a Spa’ before. Though I lack of experience to compare, Bliss Beauty Spa has really rocked my Spa world and set the expectation bar high for sure. I walked in for my appointment and was welcomed by Kathy and another girl. I didn’t have to wait, I was told to follow one of them to a room and was given a robe to change into. I was a bit confused at first because I was there for Skincare Package with Consultation, Facial Massage, Mask, and Microdermabrasion purchased from Groupon. Anyway, I got on the message table, and the masseuse started working on me. Let me tell you I felt really good and relaxed that I stopped questioning myself why am I getting a whole body massage when it is not included in the deal I purchased. I didn’t care if I would have to pay extra(in case if they get mixed up with other deals). The oil/lotion used, kept me smelling great all day after! Kathy came in to work on my facial and Microdermabrasion. My face felt so refresh, firm and my body felt so light after the 1 hr session. I walked out with the Biggest Smile. Only when I got home, I realized that I did not receive ‘the Consultation’ as a part of my service. But at this point, I did not care. I had the best experience at Bliss Beauty Spa.
