Unprofessional staff who missed the class in normal human interaction. Failed to introduce themselves and take time to allow my parents to ask questions. Unwelcoming office environment. We cycled through three workers (one was an actual lawyer — the others were just playing lawyer) in the span of an hour before the head honcho finally met with my parents and he just seemed bored. They seem to trust him but I don’t feel confident. Will encourage my parents to look elsewhere for legal assistance. I have to imagine the unprofessionalism with line staff is learned from the top down.

Guess what the story gets worse with these lawyers. The second attorney we had to hire can’t even get a call back. Too bad we can’t give a less than one star.
