I have been a patient of the practice for three years and to say that the care is great is short of what it really is. I am a healthcare consultant and deal with hundreds of medical practices, and Dr Draga and her staff, and I mean all of her staff are in the top three practices I have ever dealt with. The care given, the time given is what you expect from a doctor, and this practices provides it all of the time — If you need eye care and go somewhere else, and are not happy, call Dr Draga’s office. You will not be disappointed at all

I found Dr Astasia Draga to be empathetic, professional and an amazing physician.
I would recommend her in a heartbeat to anyone. I have experienced many opthamologists visits in my time and Dr Draga’s office is very organized and comfortable.
Yes, sometimes the wait is annoying, but, then she comes in and gives you her absolute full attention and expertise and the realization is that this is how she works, never cutting anyone short, and the wait, well, is understood and forgotten.
I have found her staff to be very cordial and quite adept at their jobs.

My wife and I have been going to dr. DRAGA for about 8 or 9 years shame on me for continuing to be patients there the office staff is the worst I’ve ever seen appointments are required but to wait 2 – 3 hours is a common practice can’t take the abuse or the attitude of there office staff & manager she is a rude uncaring person who by the way is no way professional after we decided to change eye doctors oh by the way I called twice to speak to dr. DRAGA to tell her of our complaints she never had the common courtesy to return my calls so I called to get our records there very unprofessional staff kept me on hold for 35 minutes can’t even believe I held on only to be told they would not fax our records because (are you ready for this) lack of man power. very unhappy patients
