I absolutely love sales and especially today stumbled into the store having a 40% off of sale items which is pretty sweet as the new fall arrivals are coming in and pushing summer out. I was walking around the store with an armful of clothes to try on. I was approached by Kat who set up a fitting room for me. I tried on a few items and needed Kat’s opinion and she was helpful and very suggestive. I brought a top and a dress which was a pretty sweet deal after my gift card. I asked the cashier if I can speak with a manager to mention about Kat’s excellent performance then the cashier informed me that Kat was the MOD (Manager on Duty). I thanked her in person and pretty great experience.

This is a great location to shop at if you like space and organization. There aren’t many people that come to this location, which makes this store naturally more organized than other express stores. The parking lot is shared by other establishments, but there’s plenty of parking.
The customer representatives here are nice and always willing to help you if you have any questions.
I like that you don’t have to fight other customers for clothes items that might be on sale. There’s just enough to go around, a lot of supply, not too much demand for the store. I’d definitely come back here, because everybody is so nice and helpful.

Better Mens Dept then most Express stores, good selection and helpful staff. Parking in this shopping center wasn’t bad either which surprised me.

I used to go here when it was Structure, then it was named Express Men. Lots of great jeans to choose from. Happy and friendly people. Stylish clothes!

Forest Hills, NY
After a bad experience in Queens Center Mall, I decided to come to Bay Terrace. This Express store is a whole lot cleaner and much more organized than Queens Center’s Express. The employees here are very helpful. They seem to have a larger variety here too. The women’s section of this store is very neat and the lines here move very quick. If you’re looking for a Express store in Queens, come here instead of Queens Center. The parking lot here at Bay Terrace is free.
