Harry’s Habana Hut

The new owner, Harry, is taking great care of the place. Great new chairs, much wider selection of cigars, and he’s seeing to a lot of the renovations himself. much respect for this guy as he is taking it upon himself to improve this place and make it even more welcoming than it previously was.

This place is AMAZING thank you Harry for straightening this place up. It’s a complete 360 from my last visit this past October. The selection is awesome. The place looks GREAT new chairs, new décor very inviting and extremely comfortable.

Harry’s Habana Hut is the classiest cigar lounge in Queens. The lounge was recently purchased by Harry and was totally transformed.
The cigar selection is great, the chairs are comfortable and the ambiance is very inviting. It is a great place to stop by for a cigar and to watch a game of football or hockey. You can bring your own liquor too.

Love the new place. Such a better atmosphere and a huge selection of great cigars!!! Definately worth the trip!

Harry has resurrected my favorite cigar lounge, adding comfort, cigars and class ! He is a good guy too and knows his cigars !

Loved this place! I want to apologize to the owner for not writing this review sooner, as I last visited over a year ago. But the owner and locals who frequent this place were so great and memorable, I had to get around to writing them a 5-​star review. They have a tremendous amount of respect for those who have served in the military. If I’m ever back in Queens, I’ll be sure to stop in again.

Havana Hut is decent cigar shop. The guys are friendly, couches comfortable, and there are Flat Screen TV’s all along the walls with a 60 – 70 inch at the end wall. By the front door there’s a table with a few seats where you are free to bring in food or BYOB.
What really made it lose a few stars was the humidor. The cigar selection is decent and priced well, but no hard to find cigars (Liga’s, Opus X, any Crowned heads, and Lanceros of any type) and most disturbingly a small section of the wall (glass) by the door filled with moldy cigars. It was about 3 or 4 boxes (a few Olivas).
The mold looked pretty bad. I’m pretty sure it wasn’t plume or tooth. I touched a wrapper on one and smudged the mold. It was pretty sad.
Luckily the other parts of the humidor seemed ok. Smoked a Oliva V in the lounge while watching some boxing and winter olympics with a few pals and a six pack.
Place is well ventilated and doesn’t get overly smoky. The place is a little dingy but its a man cave and people don’t come here for the décor.
Hopefully they’ll fix the humidor and I’ll write an update.

Not a big selection, hard to find parking, and employee not helpful will try to find another cigar place near by

Nothing like roasting up a cigar with bro’s. Selection was minimal and place was cluttered, but it works in a pinch

I went to get some cigars after a new addition to the family. Immediately the owner «Woody» was helpful and knowledge about his business. Woody even fixed my father’s cigar lighter that had been bugging him for ages.
I will not go any where else but Habana Hut in the future

When you come here as for Woody. This guy knows everything and everybody. I come here every couple of months, usually after enjoying several adult beverages at one of the nearby watering holes.
Habana Hut has a great selection of cigars. From moderately priced to the high end tobacco, they have something for everybody.
I enjoy bringing clients here after a dinner so we can sit down and enjoy and after dinner apéritif and cigar. While the place is usually filled with people, it never seems to be crowded. they have several flat screen TV’s and many leather club chairs that make it a very welcoming lounge.

Pretty cool place. Not as large a selection as I had hoped but what they DID have (Rocky Patel, CAO, all the big brands) and the customer service made up for it. Walk in humidor is nice! If you’re looking for a place you can sit and watch a game with a stogie this is your place. Owner warned me you gotta have thick skin to hang out with these neighborhood ball busters but he was a real nice guy himself, very helpful too. Gave me some good recommendations, I spent about $ 40. Nice little cigar spot if you’re local. Wouldn’t travel from afar though. Thanks guys!

Friendly staff, great selection, soft couches and a «no client refused» style. Owner is a true salesman, he’ll reel you in and have you buying. Only downside is that you can find cheaper online.

I walked into the store as a 34 year old Latino man, and I heard a comment «Get the F$&k out»… these bastards only like their own”, then they ID’ed me… Very prejudice shop!

The guys here are awesome. I came here several times to purchase some cigars for myself and as gifts. The guys here know their stuff and are super helpful. There is also a lounge area. It’s a comfortable place to lounge while smoking a cigar watching sports and sippin on some scotch. The hut is right off of Bell and there’s a municipal parking lot right down the block. I would definitely come here again when I have the time.

Invited my father here for a smoke since he was about to leave the country. Glad I decided to try a new place.
First of, the people there, don’t know whether they are employees, owners or whatever but they are all dope people. None of that arrogant crap that tends to exist in «clubs» like these. My pops, being the talkative one, actually said to me «I wish I spoke better English so I can just shoot the breeze with ‘em.»
Secondly, the layout is far superior than other cigar lounges. Everything is new, made of glass, tile, or wood. Why must most cigar lounges insist on old moldy wood? Thing is disgusting, can’t even go in to purchase cigars, why would I sit there? Now this place, makes you want to sit there and smoke. Then when you’re done, buy another and smoke again, as you make conversation, watch 3 of the large LCD’s, or flip through some books.

I went to the spot, and felt at home during my first visit.
They put on a Great Boxing match, and had a blast, went thru 2 cigars there and 2 for home.
I will definitely be seen there again, friendly people with diverse ages and attitudes.
Got great advice on advancing my cigar palate.
Ok parking in area and parking lot is as close as could be.
Definite 5 star , I like this place better than the cigar Inn, Queens Rules Again!!!

What better way to celebrate finally getting back into shape than with a celebratory stogie? My newly in shape lungs needed a bigger challenge anyway.

I look up. The place looks like a glorious man cave! Plush leather chairs! 3 hi def big screen plasmas! Godfather plaques! Plenty of space, and complimentary coffee /​cappuccino. I had planned on grabbing a cigar from their glass humidor room and enjoy it next week. Not so fast. I grabbed a seat and watched an hour of Jurassic Park. I noted SuperBowl pool posters in the corner– my kinda place come March Madness.
Yes, we watched Jurassic Park. No, I wasnt stoned.
