Every time I’m there I am treated spectacularly. They are so helpful, friendly and wonderful. Tonight, Anne took so much time with me to find the perfect bra and my correct size. She was super.

This review is not based on the stores selection itself but rather on a recent service. The store it self is clean, organized, and has a great selection. The workers are also VERY helpful and nice, but!
I went in to return 7 ítems from two different receipts one day. I have the return receipt and everything, but I was only refunded for 4 ítem and not even at the original value because I think the workers who returned my ítems put them under the wrong order number so I was refunded wrong prices at a lesser value of course. Its annoying because now i have to contact customer service which we all know is almost never pleasent and very time consuming especially when I have already spent so much time making the trip out this store. I just find it irresponsable on the workers if they are to blame for not correctly sending back all my items.

This is by far my favorite LB location! The ladies working here are always attentive and extremely helpful and they make this place feel like a home away from home.
