Power Brain Education

Power Brain is an exciting program for creating a good brain! It’s not just for kids… any age can develop a Power Brain. I’m 59 and feel more focus and hope than when I was in my 20’s.

Power Brain is a positive experience for kids and parents alike. The energy is so positive and the skills taught like teamwork, confidence, emotional wellness, fitness, creativity and citizenship are tools that will last a lifetime.

Power Brain Training Center is positive, fun, and full of energy. The program that they are teaching is great for kids and parents too. The program helps kids to focus on themselves, to be happy, to be creative, and develop social skills.

Great program for kids and parents. I’ve been to this location. The center is clean and bright. The instructors really know how to manage the kids. I’m always amazed at how focused the kids can be just through the exercises and games they learn here. That focus extends back home and at school. When we all practice together at home, it really helps keep stress down within our family. Highly recommend this program for any family!

I have attended trainings at this center for myself and have sat in on the kids classes which are so much fun. I was so impressed by the way the kids were engaged in the activities and their level of focus and concentration. The teachers appeared to be having as much fun as the kids. Hello, I am the manager of Power Brain Training Center. Our goal is to help your kids live peaceful and productive lives through a Brain Education, a form of training that combines mindfulness exercises, social-​emotional awareness techniques, and neuroplasticity training to utilize the full potential of your brain. I myself started this practice before the rigors of nursing exams to increase my own brain power, and it worked! I passed my boards and now I am much happier and healthier!

What an amazing way to make your brain more flexible through brain based exercises that create better neuroplasticity! I have struggled with ADHD and ADD as a child and into adulthood! Through practicing Brain Education exercises and teaching students in my class, My memory, flexibility, and body– brain connection has improved and I no longer struggle with ADHD!!!

This place is not only for kids but also for adults. I have been attending the adult classes for about a year. The exercises, stretching and breathing exercises Alina teaches have helped me tremendously. The difficulty of each class depends on the level of the students that come.
My daughter has been coming for about a year as well. At our initial meeting, Alina was very attentive when I explained my reasons for bringing her there. Alina was extremely observant and creative in the ways she interact with children. She was able to help my daughter overcome some of her difficulties and help her mature. She cares for the children and always try her best to help each child.
Although the fee is not cheap, the center provides a safe but challenging environment for children to develop socially and emotionally. And for that, it has been an invaluable place for my daughter.

This is an amazing center! I am so impressed by what the instructors do with the children here. I was here to observe the kids’ class and the method they use to engage children’s creativity and focus through their mind-​body games are not only fun but also really effective. After the class was over, I was told that a few of the kids have improved their ADHD and Asberger condition over the years as they have come for many years. I was shocked and dumbfounded because the kids I saw were brilliant and I never wouldn’t thought they would have any kind of «mental disorder» at all. I just saw the most creative and joyful little beings!
The managers, Alina and Taryn spin a web of magic and wonder for these kids to jump right in! They provide a safe and loving environment for everyone to feel comfortable and accepted.
They also offer yoga classes for adults to preoccupy them while kids are having fun! Parents and kids can really enjoy this program together.
