I’m surprised at the mostly negative reviews of this spot, since I haven’t had any negative experiences shopping here. I prefer this Rite Aid location to the one further down Bell Blvd(near 39th Ave), because this location is well lit and clean, plus I appreciate the overhead circular signage throughout the store that immediately clarifies where I need to walk towards to find what I need. The signage within each aisle is much clearer in this store as well.

Do not go here late because this black lady who works at cashier is very rude and yelling at customers. I asked for entering my number for rewards and she ignored me. When I repeated my request she yelled at me saying«IT’S LOADING!!!» I was about to complain to the manager. I will never go here after midnight.

Really slow and there was a guy working there on a Wednesday noon that was obnoxious, chatting w fellow cashier and messed up a credit card transaction by pressing cash. Then asking for cash. If he can’t do things right he should concentrate at his task at hand and not talk to fellow cashiers while working. A line was building up too. Talk when there’s no customers.

I live in the area and use to come here exclusively for my pharmacy/general merchandise needs even way before they had the 2014 renovation. I never understood why the CVS across the street was always more busy than this store. CVS store is cramped, messy, and has zero customer service Pharmacy staff always busy and rushed and never have anytime to greet you let alone talk to you or explain anything. Almost like work cattles at Walmart — AND — the merchandise prices are(were) always higher than Rite Aid Fast forwad to present day, RiteAid had their nice renovation and the store looks beautiful. HOWEVER, their prices have gone up. WAYUP. Same item compared to CVS are almost always higher. Guess they had to raise the prices to cover the cost of renovation. Also,. I use to bring my 19 pound pup in here. but i would always carry him in my arm and quickly grab what i needed. but the russian/polish lady with short hair and squarish/rounded face and glasses once gave me a hard time and reprimanded me. Well, with the higher prices and the lady’s rudeness, it’s off to CVS i shop. Sad really, because the pharmacy staff here at Rite Aid is way better and courteous than CVS. I do hope this Ride Aid survives this location.

This Rite Aide is bright and shiny inside. The aisle are wide enough. I just needed one item and that aisle was pretty wide. Everything is neatly placed on the shelves. There is a small parking lot to the side of the store but after 7 there is street parking, if you can find it on Bell Boulevard. I watch for sales on their circulars all the time. From what I experienced today I think they must of renovated recently. Everything was new in the store.

Though I generally prefer shopping at CVS, even though it’s farther, I do come to this Rite Aid once in a while. Their rewards program is great because it offers me coupons for things that I typically purchase. This weekend I received a coupon for $ 2 off any Essie nail polish, so of course I had to use it! Essie polishes are typically $ 8, so any discount is good for me. They did not have a very extensive selection of nail polish colors. I was actually looking for one shade in particular, «sandy beach,» but the store didn’t carry it. I did notice that they had the new collection and a few classic colors. I settled for«ballet slippers» because it’s a nude pink that is perfect for any season. Overall, I would come back here if they keep sending me coupons for nail polish :) P. S. I noticed that they are now open 24 hours, which is convenient.

Incredibly slow cashiers. The aisles are narrow and it’s always a mess in here. They have a parking lot but there’s never any spaces available.

Store was just renovated and they are expanding their cosmetics section. Love the pharmacist Barbara and all the pharm techs. They go over and above to help you. I will continue to use them for all of my medication management needs.

Count me as regular — Rite Aid stores on Bell Boulevard are excellent. Stores are clean from top to bottom, clean aisles, display items are neat and staff are friendly and professional compared to Rite Aid on Northern Blvd that have filfthy, messy aisles, dusty and damaged items on display, mispriced items as well as the staff«attitude» to go — can we say profiling?

Being less than 500 feet from my apartment, this is a regular stop for me to pick up whatever I need in a pinch that I forgot while out doing my regular shopping. They have a decent selection of toiletries, including a shampoo I normally had to go out of my way to a holistic store to purchase. The staff there seems alright, though on more than one occasion I had the hilarious experience of watching them chase out a group of teenagers trying to swipe cough medicine, and they can be a bit pushy about having a rite-aid card when you check out, even after you tell them you don’t care.

This place is always messy and never seem to be fully stocked. And when I do buy something, there’s only one person waiting on 6 people. One of them always gives me an attitude

So at least a week ago, a friend, «Mark**» or «roomie» for short, somehow managed to break our toilet seat. Not in a conventional way mind you, but in a sneaky underhanded way– whenever someone sits on said seat, you go flying off to the side of the bowl. Consequently, we’ve started giving out safety helmets to visitors. Anyway. I go into this Rite Aid, sick of almost swan diving into the tub because of this broken toilet seat for the umpteenth time, and much to my chagrin, they dont have toilet seats. Now generally, you can go into a CVS, Rite Aid, Walgreens, etc, and they’re generally the same. This one is about half the same– because their racks are only half full, and only about half their lights work. Even their parking lot is shady. For a town that was named best place to raise kids in the boroughs in 2008, the dimly lit parking lot made me a bit nervous– and Ive lived in the warzone that is Baltimore. I wouldnt have been surprised if the scruffy cashier was turning tricks back there. Its the kind of spot where you find an abandoned car and sort of shrug your shoulders, half expecting it to be there anyway. At least they sell beer cheaper than 7 – 11. Commodes are in aisle 23 in case you’re wondering. ** –my roommate really is a great person, and would never intentionally break the toilet seat. As a matter of fact, it was probably me.
