Incredible service. We were here to close out an apartment following a death and they made everything so much easier. Highly recommend them.

I usually spread my shipping love around based on parking availability. Those of us in New York know how that goes. I expected this morning would be difficult with holiday shippers but the problem was not the holiday shipping folks, but the new Artisan Bakery opening in the corner near the UPS store.
Workers etc. taking up all the spots.
Anyway, I paid the meter and walked around the corner to get the hand truck from the store. No one in the store YAY!
The employees in this store are so very nice and helpful. They pick your packages up for you and they don’t make you fill out that form if your in the system. Just your name and number on the form will suffice.
«E» helped me today. (I am sure that is not the way to spell his name, but that is his name phonetically). He was quick and smiling and was fully of holiday spirit. At this time of year the UPS workers must come in contact with a lot of grumpy people complaining about the cost of shipping, so keeping a smile on your face when dealing with customers is most certainly difficult. «E» thanked me for leaving $ 66.00 with UPS today, not exactly like that but that’s the fact… ugh…shipping is expensive… haha.
Now for the lady who double parked her car and slammed the door in my face when I was two steps behind her, shame on you and yes I told her so.
My exact words were…“thanks for slamming that door on me, so nice of you to hold it for me”, and yes I was emphatic about my statement. then I got the proverbial…“I’m sorry I did not see you”. Liar liar pants on fire. She ran right I front of my full-​figured butt to drop off her prepaid package. Then when we both got in the store, she threw her package at one if the employees and did not wait for a receipt, (she was running for the door). He yelled, don’t you want proof you mailed it… I think she was #1 obviously in a rush, I mean she was double parked in a notorious ticking area and #2 she was now in an enclosed area with me and probably a bit shook up after I called her out. Finally, she said ok to the receipt, but she stood very far from the counter and no where near me.
The funniest thing for me (not really funny but that’s how I will put it), I was expecting this woman to hold the door for me so that I could wheel my obviously loaded cart inside. In my world, that’s the normal protocol. Hold the door, help older people, help people who clearly are juggling stuff and can’t get the door easily, etc, help others… except the «thank you» for being polite and that is that. Even though I am not a native New Yorker, most from NYC are polite and helpful. The other thing about this incident that irks me is that she said the standard «I’m sorry». So she knew enough to say the words and not really mean them.
It’s just not ok to be all about yourself and oblivious to others (aka RUDE) by mistake or on purpose. Hold the door for others, smile at the cashiers and interact and for gods sake get off your cell phone when your dealing with store workers that are helping you check out at the register. They are people too, making a meager wage listening to you talk about the book club or what time is dinner and what to cook. Get over your cell phone and be part of the universe.

My Mom died and I had an huge cedar chest filled with pictures and fragile glass items, 100 lbs worth to be shipped from NY to Las Vegas. The guys at this location did such a great job packing everything in bubble wrap, they went through every piece of it and packed it appropriately. It came in about a week and in perfect condition! I would have been heartbroken if anything was damaged… nothing was.

I previously had a mailbox at another UPS store and they charged a good premium. After the rental ended, I went to look for another UPS store that was a bit more accommodating. I found this store and am glad I did. The rates were competitively priced and also they have longer store hours than the other store I had previously been with,.
I currently rent a mail box from them and also will be looking to use their services for my future shipping needs. Yi, Bryce and the rest of the staff are always friendly, professional, and accommodating. I definitely recommend this store if you’re looking to do any shipping or need a mailbox. Customer service here is top notch.

These guys are the best! Pleasant, accomadating, helpful and very efficient. I had big awkward bunch stuff to pack guitar and bass accessories etc I thght it would be such hassle it was a breeze they did it all happily. Thanks guys!

I have always ordered from Macys and they never asked for signature upon delivery. But this time they asked for it and there was no way I can be home to sign for the package. After the second attempt I decided to send it to an UPS store.
The two guys at the UPS store were extremely helpful and sweet. The two packages were too big for me to carry. They opened the boxes and emptied the contents into a bag, double the bag for stability, taped the opening closed and made a handle for me to carry it easily. All without me lifting a hand. One of them even suggested that I send all my future orders there and pick them up there. Other UPS store that I have gone to were not this friendly and helpful.
They provide other services (copy machines, notary public). The place is nicely organized and spacious.

Best customer service! The people that work there are very friendly and efficient. There’s is a ups authorized dealer on bell blvd cross from Payless and they are the worst! Don’t go there. Just come to this location on 39^th avenue.

THIS UPS HAS THE BEST CUSTOMER SERVICE!!! They are mega-​efficient and friendly. I walked in with a drop-​off and some stuff I had to ship to Cali, and I was out in 10 minutes or less, with a smile on my face! Best UPS experience I’ve ever had! :)

I’ve dropped off pre-​paid packages with this place a few times and every time left without problems. The staff seemed on the ball, courteous, and diligent. I got a tracking and acceptance receipt every time and service was fast. Street-​side parking not that great depending on time of day, but not really an issue with the store itself. Now if only USPS would take some notes on how to run a business…

I went to another ups store in flushing and had a horrible experience.
I ended up going to this one and first off it is much larger and not a hole in the wall like the one in Flushing. Second they were more than happy to help me and also put the label on the package. They were very professional and helped me as soon as I walked into the place instead of waiting 5 minutes like I did at the one in Flushing. This is the best one in the area and I would recommend this one to everyone.

I like this UPS store. I never had a problem. Whenever I had to send/​return something, they always provided me with a tracking receipt. Keep up the great work! Only downside to this store is parking can be a pain. However, the great service at this UPS store makes up for it.

I was visiting my folks last Sept., and had some paintings I inherited, that I was meaning to take back with me to California. I figured I would be able to carry them with me on the plane. But once I had wrapped them up, it was evident that these would never be allowed as carry-​on items (too large), and there was no way I was gonna check them in and risk having them damaged, which they surely would have been. So, UPS Store to the rescue! Their Pack n Ship service was WELL worth the extra money for the convenience and peace of mind. The staff handled everything, all I did was hand over the paintings, give them my shipping info, and pay. Quick and painless. They did such a pro wrapping job that I think even if the package got kicked across the USA, my paintings would have STILL arrived OK. I received the package a week later in perfect condition using their Ground service. Such a good experience, that I had another painting packed and shipped to me last week with the same result. I would trust them with packing any fragile items. Not cheap, but like I said, well worth the peace of mind, and not having the hassle of buying special shipping supplies and packing it yourself.

Had to return three cisco router, I was so nervous. They were so professional. The manager was so friendly, and the clerk was so courteous. Help me process with the right ups products. Excellent.
