The food and the staff are amazing! We had a party for our 11 year old and the staff was amazing and very helpful!

Unos is by far the best chain food restaurant especially compared to applebees and Friday’s. Tried a little bit of everything on the menu, and not one complaint about the food but the drinks could be a bit stronger. Food was not only good but didn’t take forever either which really mattered because me and my girls were starving. The highlight of our visit however was our darling server Kate. She took amazing care of us and is the sweetest. Not once did we have to ask for a refill, before the soda was done there was a fresh glass on the table. Cleaned our table so we didn’t feel like we were congested by all the empty dirty plates which most servers forget or are too lazy to do. The host and managers were nice too and it was refreshing to see how involved they were with helping the staff because most places, they are nowhere to be found. Loved the great service and good food and if you want excellent service, ask for Kate.

The personal pizza is always under cooked. I have ordered takeout a few times and had it there too and you can always see the pieces of frozen mozzarella on top are still piecey and not melted. They also forget to include certain things like bread or a sauce you get in the restaurant when you order takeout. It’s unfortunate because we should get the same things as eating there. The managers are always willing to help and correct but I’ve had so many issues here. I think I’ll have to make the trek out to the one in Astoria. They were always on point when I used to live there.

What an atrocious experience. We were a large party and we were neglected by the staff on several occasions, our orders weren’t accurate and a few of the appetizers and drinks were missing. By the time an experienced waitstaff came to our table to salvage the disaster, it was too late and we were getting ready to ask for the check. Although our party was large, we were polite and uncomplicated, and the restaurant was pretty empty. Will not return.

I’m updating this review because someone from Uno’s Corporate has contacted me in regards to my experience and apologized. Furthermore, I was issued a $ 15 gift card to give Uno’s another try. Now this isn’t about the money, but as a chain restaurant it was very nice for corporate to reach out and try to fix what one particular restaurant did wrong. Uno’s you now deserve 4 stars for outstanding customer service from corporate. I hope to update this review after giving Uno’s another try! Went in on a Thursday night during the football game. We got ½ off appetizers. The food was ok. I didn’t like that they put onions in their quesadilla. I guess next time I will know. My sister goes to UNOs for their WARM brownies with ice cream. However, when she ordered it, she received a cold piece of brownie when the menu clearly states it’s suppose to be warm, she was very disappointed. The bartender was nice and funny.

Being patrons for many years & spending at least, if not more than a $ 100/week, my 85 yo father & I decided not to eat @ Uno Pizza in Bayside, off Bell Blvd anymore for the following reason: The waiter/server contnuously interupted our dinner & imposed his will for us to use the newly installed kiosk rather than to take our order. Uno requires the customers to do the job of the waiters & for us to spend our dinner time using a computer to place their orders, which is unacceptable. Our opposition to use the kiosk prompted the manager to visit out booth. He too tried to impart his will & encourage us to use the kiosk to pay the bill even after we repeatedly informed thw manager that we refuse to use the kiosk. My father & I came to enjoy our dinner rather than to use a computer during dinner. We were very stressed out during dinner as a resukt of the waiter, followed by the manager, both of whom continuously imposed their will for us to use the kiosk after we informed them that we will not do so. Both the waiter & manager were completely insensitive & oblivious to our dinner needs as well as our repeated requests not to use their kiosk.

I do not usually review corporate franchises but this one is in my neighborhood and I usually sit at the bar with a very satisfying experience. However, when I had an out of town guest visiting last week and sat down at a table, our whole experience was overshadowed by the very incompetent service, especially compared to the industry standards. We got sat down by the condescending hostess(which is another whole article) who looked right at us and listened to us the whole time as we happened to sit right next to host area. She was more interested in us then her job. Our server was missing from the floor at least half the time and I am not exaggerating these approximations a bit. I am also not even mentioning her demeanor or professionality but only talking about the minimum requirements of a satisfactory service. After the drink and appetizer order which we waited for a reasonable amount, I made the mistake of asking a a question and she was gone for an easy 10 minutes, at least. There were 5 tables in the whole place and 2 servers on the floor so I couldn’t understand where she was the whole time. Despite food being decent, I had an unsatisfactory experience. Now, as an industry professional, I do not wish to give people hard time, talk to their supervisors or make their already hard job even harder but I also take occupational pride in what I do which I have been making my living for over 10 years, by service and hospitality. There is a code in this job you cannot break. ‘These’ job standards must be thought and enforced. ‘These’ type of conduct must be directly supervised. I hope this will help you improve your front of the house operation overall and offer your future guests a better dining experience.

Our server Natalie was very friendly & hospitable! The deep dish pizza we had was great,(I definitely recommend the new specialty ‘Shroom & Spinoccoli pizzas!) my drink could’ve been a bit stronger but despite that, an overall 5 stars for this establishment is well deserved.

Well. I feel foolish for thinking I’d get to taste some Chicago deep dish at this chain restaurant. I passed by this place plenty of times but recently decided to go in for lunch. For appetizers, we ordered the shrimp & crab fun doo. Very creamy and flavorful but a little on the salty side. Had their Numero Uno deep dish & one of their special artisanal ones. Not the greatest. They have such a wide array of options but all in all, I wouldn’t go back. For anything.

Finally came here for a full meal, so I figured its fair for me to provide a review. Service(every time I have come here) has been horrible. There is never anyone waiting to great you and seat you. You end up standing around for 5−10min or so wondering if you should just seat yourself. Usually by the time your like«eff it I am going to find a seat» someone miraculously comes about and offers to seat you. And then… they disappear. Your time here is usually spent waiting. As well as the servers are usually rude or you feel like your bothering them when you ask for anything. How about a refill? The food is pretty solid. There is alot of pizza selections to choose from, and if you don’t see a pizza creation that you want, they will make a special one for you. Each time I had the deep dish pizza and they were cooked just right and have alot of flavor. The crust truly is the best part though for the deep dish pizza’s! In the end though, Id rather go to the other restaurants on bell where I am guaranteed good service AND good food.

I have been here a couple of times. My last time here was a Thursday night and I came here an hour before closing. I know everyone hates that party but It was late night dinner with my friend. We waited for five mins to get seated and there was barely anyone there. It was kind of annoying but ok. We finally get seated. I ordered a pizza with chicken, basil pesto, mozzarella cheese, and tomatoes. It was so good and i was happy with my food. However, all the servers look inexperienced and seems like they do not have proper training. They need some improvements in the staff.

I love my thin crust Mediterranean pizza. Always my favorite thing to get. It comes with a traditional thin crust with Spinach, plum tomatoes, kalamata olives, pesto, feta, parmesan and fresh basil. So good. *UPDATE* They got rid of my beloved Mediterranean pizza too :(My friends and I always get the two for one price take out pizza. I also used to get the Jalepeno Mac n Cheese… It was my favorite but they took it off the menu along with a piece of my heart… But! At least the pizza is still there. I had a nice server. I forgot her name but she got the job done! Along with a napkin with her name on it !

Now, anyone who knows me knows I love pizza. With that being said, I believe this was my favorite visit to this Uno’s to date. Our server was Will who was very hospitable and was very attentive without being overbearing. It was a Wednesday night so it was not a packed crowd. Now, for the food: Apps — The roasted veggies low-fat soup was your typical veggie soup but was still hearty and flavorful. Salad Starter was the candied walnut salad with spring mix and feta cheese with low-fat blueberry vinaigrette was AMAZING! Had a lot of feta and walnuts in it. Pizza skins were as always sinfully good: nutty, salty, rich, creamy… Entrée — I had the individual blast from the past Spinoccoli deep dish which had spinach, broccoli, feta, mozz and cheddar cheese! It was delicious with the creamy saltiness of the piled cheeses but the crispness of the broccoli and spinach was a huge treat. Definitely worth it. Also, Will tells us it’s from an old menu but they brought it back due to its popularity. My husband had the Classic Número Uno which was a lot fresher than what I remembered last time. If you love chunks of stewed tomatoes, sausage and mozzarella cheese, this is a must. The crust is never-changing and thank god for that. Definitely urge you to go… but maybe in the weekday as I’ve heard it can get a bit packed on weekends.

Bell Blvd has always been filled with some of the best and most diverse food options in the Eastern Queens area and tonight our group had chosen Pizzeria Uno and I have no idea why?(Blame peer pressure) The 8 of us headed into Pizzeria Uno at around 9:30pm on a Friday night, the place was not very crowded and we were seated immediately. Parking: I’m so glad they have their own parking lot, entrance is located on 39th ave. Or else you might try your luck with metered street parking on Bell Blvd. Our waiter was the most unenthusiastic, unenergetic, unfriendly and unresponsive waiter period. She came over to us with a very grumpy look, No HI or Hello or Good Evening and just what do you want to drink? She took our order from one end of the table(we had a long table) and didn’t even bother to walk around so the people at the end of the table have to shout their orders to her. Never asked us if we need refill for our drinks and pretty much disappeared once the food came out. I understand it’s late but this type of service is just unacceptable. Aside from the service, I think the food is okay here. A few of us ordered from the 2 for $ 12 pick and choose menu– I think it’s definitely a good value option. You don’t get a full size portion but it’s still pretty big. I had the Roasted Eggplant, Spinach, Feta Flat bread and the Wowza steak tips and both were pretty good. The Wowza Steak Tips was good, not overcooked and still tender and the sauce was not overpowering. The Roasted Eggplant, Spinach, Feta Flat bread was full size I believe and had good amount of toppings on it. Another good option is the Chicago Deep Dish Pizza, you get an individual 6″ deep dish pizza and another option for $ 12. definitely worth the price. Price: Okay– Most Entrees are around $ 10 and drinks(price not on menu) are around $ 8 each. The 2 for $ 12 pick and choose menu is definitely the way to go. Overall: With subpar service and just okay food, Pizzeria Uno will definitely not be on the top of my recommendation list in the Bayside area. NOMOREGIVINGINTOPEERPRESSURE!

I’ve been here a handful of times now where I can fully review this place. I ended up getting this server named Nicole who was quite ballsy with me –In a good way. I walked in and asked for a table for two. Nicole came right up and said: «Oh hey girl, c’mon, let’s get you a seat. How ya been…» It was a cute and well oiled ploy where it made me comfortable. Not only was her angle comical, it made me comfortable enough to ask her what she suggests I should order and I even ordered dessert. She was sweet, informative, and quick with bringing out our items and drinks. Where the food was not all that wonderful. That is not something I can blame on my server, nor do I expect her to go back in there and cook it. So between the comic relief,(which I am a sucker for good humor) and the service, I am a happy camper. I just wish the quality of cooking and food was better where I didn’t regret sensing half of the plate back. Where this has not happened all the times that I have gone, it has happened enough times where when Nicole serves my table, she asks me if I’d like to return it for something else. It’s not the foods fault, it’s the one who cooks it.

This UNO’s has stepped up its game lately. My friend and I didn’t like to come here before because, well, the food was never that good. But a few months ago, I was at another UNO’s and joined their Insider’s Club and received these awesome deals. So my friend and I decided check out this UNO’s location again because it’s closer to us. I mean it was a buy one pizza, get one free on a Friday for take-out! That’s unheard of… so, we had to go for it! We received a deep dish and flat bread pizza… and it was pretty tasty! Received another coupon for buy one entrée, get one free… Ok, no problem… off we go again! This time we dined in and it was a lot of fun. They were having Insider’s Appreciation night celebration. We got to sample some of their newer menu items which included their new Spinach dip which was delicious! So, we opted for the Spinach dip appetizer, 2 individual deep dish pies, and the Shrimp Scampi. The most surprising dish was the Shrimp Scampi. The shrimp were on the large/plump side and the pasta itself had a very nice flavor. The pasta dish was a large enough serving size that we were able to split it between 3 people with food leftover. I think this place is under new management or something because the managers are always around making sure things are running smoothly and they make sure you inspect your food for satisfaction before leaving with a Take-Out order and everyone was very pleasant. In 2 weeks, we’ve been to this UNO’s 3 times because the food quality has gone up and the service is much improved. And the coupons you get as a member are pretty awesome! Now this place is back on our radar and we’ll be back in the future for sure. If you gave up on this UNO location, give them another try. They really seem to be going in the right direction.

Wow, what can I say?! I am not a big fan of pizzas, and I am picky with my pizza choices and places. I usually order chicken with tomato pizzas from a specific place in Jericho Tpke in Floral Park, NY and used to order from a place located in Holbrook, NY as other places fail to give out the same juicy tomato flavor combined with crispy chicken into a pizza. However, this place is awesome! I ordered Numero Uno pizza consisting of: Sausage, pepperoni, onion, peppers, mushrooms, and chunky tomato sauce. Topped with mozzarella and romano. And I got hooked into it. The flavor was awesome, it was well cooked, the ingredients were in balance and the taste was superb! Will definitely come back to this place to try out the other choices… As of this moment I am giving this place a good rating and I will keep on trying more and more of its offering in the future! Definitely worth coming and eating at this place! Yum yum!

I ordered the Two For U Lunch — looked quite affordable. I picked the pizza of the day — cheese and tomato as it was a Friday — with an extra topping of marinated artichokes, and all-you-can-eat soup for my second option. This is great, as you can take your entrée home with you and get full eating soup. The soups on offer are clam chowder, broccoli and cheddar, low-fat veggie, and I believe minestrone. There’s oyster soup crackers available. The clam chowder and broccoli and cheddar are especially rich — yes, probably fattening, but delicious and filling. The deep-dish personal pizza came out well-done and the crust a bit crispy — I can see how a regular cheese and tomato pizza can be unsatisfying without extra toppings, but with an additional topping like I ordered, this came out pretty well. The pizza was moist and chewy, complemented by the crunch of the crust. Overall a solid quality meal. Service was decent. As a quirk, there’s lots of interesting«flair» on the walls — historical and sports memorabilia, for instance, to occupy you while you’re waiting for your order.
