Horrible!
Made an appointment for a Root Canal. Bad enough had to wait a week for a late appointment.
Arrived only to be told by Dr. Weiss that I need to make an appointment for a Root Canal.
UM, yes, that is why I am here.
Unfortunately, he told me he did not have time and I would need to come back.
Why did you book my appointment?
When I called back to cancel my new appointment (found a nicer Dr) I was told that the calls to the Bayside office were forwarded to the Bronx office and to cancel in Bayside I would need to call back later.
Are you kidding me??? Take a message!
Very unprofessional and not very helpful team at all.

Had to go to this practice as my molar cracked and my dentist was out of town. He did a root canal on my husband before with no problems. He is rushed, doesn’t listen, no bedside manner and costs a fortune. Had to have a root canal in 2 procedures and both times the temporary filling came out. Followed up with my regular dentist only to find there was a broken piece of tooth that then required periodontal work before I could get a post and crown. He tried to leave a painful, wiggling broken piece of tooth in my mouth post root canal without telling me. Would not reccomend.
