We have stayed here several times and always check here for availability before looking elsewhere. There is a laundry room, cable, and wifi although there were a few spots where we could not get wifi to work (near the back). No frills, but nice and clean. Just a couple minutes from Garth Road where everything is located from food to hospital to walmart etc. If you are not concerned with amenities, just need a nice clean mostly quiet (a lot of oilfield workers/​trucks leaving in the morning for work but no big deal) place, this is it.
