Chick-fil-A Chambers Town Center

Chic-​fil-​a has ALWAYS been the one place you can count on friendly staff and excellent service. Today at this location was the first time I’ve ever seen a rude employee. Apparently with the new app ordering they have put in a designated wait area of the front counter. I went in to order my food to-​go. Had to wait a few extra minutes for biscuits. Not a big deal and I didn’t mind since I know the food is always good. So, as I’m waiting near the condiment stand, a manger (Monica) comes Over to me, in a slightly annoyed and bossy tone tells me that I need to move and wait in the ‘designated’ area. Mind you, there are only 2 other ppl waiting. I was not blocking anyone or in anyone’s way. The place was empty. Maybe it just caught me off guard. I will go back, simply bc it’s chicfila though.

I visit this location multiple times a week. On Tuesday morning my son and I attend toddler time with Mrs. Jackie, she is so awesome! It’s always nice and clean. The other employees are helpful and nice. Even when I want a lunch menu item for breakfast they are willing to cook it for me (7 – 10 minutes). Every location I have ever been to is busy for the most part during certain hours, as is this one.
Only thing I would agree with the other review is that they could walk around more and ask if you need anything. But when I’m there it’s not so busy that I can’t go ask :)

They’re alright. I prefer to go to the drive through because I don’t like walking in. Every time I do walk in though I’m greeted warmly. There’s one person who never fills up your cup all the way and they aren’t as attentive toward you as the Chick-​fil-​a on Garth road. Over all pretty decent place to grab fast food.
