Every time I need a script filled here there’s a problem. I’ve been super patient everytime I’ve been there. They have an army of pharmacy techs there all the time, yet nothing gets done in a timely manner. None of them seem to communicate effectively with each other. Apprehensively, I had to call there this evening regarding a new prescription. I waited on hold 20 mins(not exaggerating), and no one ever picked up the phone. I hung up and called back to the general line and asked to speak to the store manager on duty. The lady said«I can help you». I explained to her how long I had been on hold for the pharmacy very nicely, and her response was«ma’am, they answer the calls as they come in. Each call lasts 10 – 15 minutes, and they’re busy all the time. This is the busiest cvs in Baytown.» My response was«I’m sorry you’re so busy, but it’s not helping me get someone to help me get the diabetes medicine that I need, so do you think I should transfer my prescriptions elsewhere so that I can get my medicine?» she said«like I said, this is the busiest cvs in Baytown maam». I politely asked for the store manager’s name and then got off the phone. Obviously I just need to use a different pharmacy. Even they think so…

I rarely use CVS pharmacy and I’m reminded today why. Horrible experience trying to get three prescriptions filled. Dropped off at 11am and asked to return in one hour. I came back an hour and half later, and scripts were not ready. Now I’ve returned after another hour and only two are ready. I’m the one who caught it as I was paying that there were only two not three? So now I’m waiting again for the third script they never processed! Not good…
